Note: I am leaving this review here because Overall Moving took down their ****** presence after I left my review there.I am leaving 3 stars for the moving team.Pros:Moving team took good care of my things. *******, the manager was very flexible and patient with my rescheduling and questions.Cons: I would be sure to not take ******* at his word related to actual vs estimated costs. First when the estimate was done, ******* did not tell me that there was a minimum of 3 hours for move-in and move-out. I have it in writing that he would not charge me the minimum 3 hours listed in the contract if my move-in/move-out time was only 2 hours. He did not honor this. The travel time estimate was priced to **********, but I moved to N. ******* - he also ignored the actual time it took of 1.5 hours vs the estimated # of hours to **********. Once you sign the contract, he is going to hold you to those costs no matter what the actuals are and no matter what he says he will do if the time is less than estimated. Also, I think the moving guy, when completing the final bill, padded the time so that they would meet the estimate. Additionally, he fast-talked me. I was exhausted (as were they, so they were in a hurry) so I agreed to it because I was too tired to make him break it down line-by-line. Buyer beware definitely applies here.Note also, that I gave them an opportunity to make this right. What they did instead is remove their company from ******. Think about that.
