    Overall not entirely the most horrible I guess windshield replacement experience humanly possible, only due to the office staff mainly ****** assisting in the pre/post horrid windshield replacement experience that I unfortunately endured. Updating my insurance with my brand new Jeep somehow took off the full glass coverage causing me issues when I got a routine glass rock chip at **** miles leading me ultimately to Mobile Tech overall. ****** was amazing to work with, and got me set up for pretty much an immediate install. However, that install came at cost far greater than the $350 out-of-pocket that I gave the installer who damaged my vehicle permanently during the simple his words windshield swap. Not only did he break off my antenna on a Jeep which is nowhere near the windshield somehow he caused gigantic gashes in the paint of my brand new Jeep in multiple areas around the replaced windshield. When I came out to review as he told me they were done he officially pointed out the obvious antenna and apologized telling me he would fix and quickly left after grabbing the cash out of my hand. A few moments later before he was even off my street at all I started to notice severe damage all around my windshield roughly almost all the way around the circumference. Due to being thorough ****** called ASAP to discuss the antenna and as I spoke to ****** we reviewed the damage, and as always she was very courteous/professional and kind. ****** had the technician turn back around and he showed back up in just a few moments indeed. The technician reported he didnt notice the massive damage areas to my car see photos below, as well as I recorded our conversation then as he lied to me numerous times. Overall, he apologized offering to get a paint pen as damages beyond that cost level will ensure he doesnt make money for the job.. I told him no as these were very deep gouges not just light scratches and he seemed very upset that I would cost him money. I asked him very specifically was there any other damage besides what I pointed out to him and told him I was going to inspect the car with great detail. Upon this question he told me not at all, and quickly rushed off-site again even as he knew I was recording this. Non-surprisingly enough. each and every area at the more than the two at the top of the windshield tape points I have seen every time I get a windshield replaced plus even at those two normal tape points all tape areas had damage worse and deeper than the other areas in all not noticed by the tech. Not shockingly every single area tape was applied had the deepest damage marks, even after this tech promised no further damages. I took extensive photos which I am attaching some of here of the damage they caused, and ****** told me they have had prior other issues with this tech lately and he is good overall, but not lately entirely and there have been other incidents. ****** told me she was running this by the shop owner, and this may be the overall straw that broke the back essentially. Unfortunately, two days later I learned this technician was let go which was not my intention, but after being dishonest with me I personally didnt lose much sleep over it. That being said ****** worked to get me set up with a local body shop they use probably in my opinion probably due to this tech who they had to once again take my windshield off and they replaced it this time with two pieces of tape like I usually see after the body shop sanded down the frame and re-painted it entirely. Unfortunately, I can still see the prior damage it is definitely far improved overall but still permanent damage exists and this is on a brand new car in addition to the scratched damage to my antenna mount area still a factor and while they did order the replacement to that antenna for me still saddened by unnecessary and avoidable issues in my opinion. Also the body shop left the tops off of my Jeep, did not wash it prior to pick up, and the inside was so dusty I had to stop at a Target 2 blocks away to buy leather and glass cleaner to wipe down the dust/dirt inside from element exposure that was so bad to the extent that I could not use my navigation screen at all due to such a nasty interior. Overall they did a decent job with the massive body divots from their end that the MobileTech technician caused but there is still noticeable permanent damage and body shop owner said he would not paint again in his opinion so it is there for life. I was never offered a refund of the $350 cash that I paid out of pocket while incurring this permanent damage from a simple swap. The owner did apologize and I believe he replaced my windshield himself after the body shop repair and I dont appear to see new damage there. Regardless, despite the attempts to fix my brand new car and I am overall thankful for those I still have permanent non-reversible damage that unfortunately I personally paid $350 for and who knows what my insurance company was charged for a permanently disfigured brand new Jeep. I advise you to be wary indeed as they knew a technician was having issues and still assigned them at the straw stage. I personally am very disheartened with this experience, and hoping to prevent this to others indeed with sharing it despite how great ****** was.*****
