    Ordered a WH31E sensor that does not connect. I watched their video, read the entire user guide, tried new batteries, different placement, different orientation, all the channels, and nothing works. Furthermore, they do not respond to requests for support, and so my last resort is a return but they are now making me pay for shipping. Stay far far away from this company.

    Ambient Weather WS-8482-3107 - Total garbage, you have to reboot this thing ever three days to get it to update. Never has the current temperature for me.

    Buyer Beware!!! Ambient Weather SUCKS!! Ordered a new weather Station on Nov 17, 2023. Here it is Dec 4th and I have yet to have any updates as to shipping/delivery! Product has not been received. Have left countless emails and submitted customer support forms of inquiry as well has calling AT LEAST 30 times! NO ONE ANSWERS!!! Sounds to me like this company is out of business!! Contacting CC company to get my money back!! Complete Sham!! **** POOR! BUYER BEWARE! Would give Zero Stars if I could!!!

    The customer entered an incorrect Zip-code on the order. The package was returned to us for incorrect address. The customer was contacted and the package was reshipped out yesterday to the customer to the correct address.

    Buyer beware.I have a weather station from the company and wanted to inform others thinking of purchasing products from this company to perhaps look for other products.My company is that their sensors will fail, and fail one after the other because I believe they are programmed to fail by the company shortly after the one-year warranty period has expired.I have several sensors that did this and when contacting the company they initially "try" to solve the issue by providing information that does nothing to fix the issue, and the catch is they will recommend replacing the faulty sensors by buying new ones at full ********** isn't that a good business practice, for them?So think twice before you buy, as you will have to keep on buying from them for the rest of your life or until you decide to just junk their products.
