      This is my second complaint with the BBB about Elevation Solar. I filed a couple of months ago to which Elevation responded that they would have mt system up and running in approximately a week. This never happened. We had our system installed December 2021, recieved our approval from ******************** in May 2022, and still have no solar service. We have been round and round with the most incompetent people I have ever talked with. I never recieve call backs, and they seem to insulate the management from any communication. I have tried everything I can think of short of filing legal action to resolve this situation. It seems that after we paid cash for our system they moved on to the next victim. I believe that they are either fraudulent or just that inept that no one that I have spoken with can communicate to resolve the issue. I have personally spoken with Enphase to see if the software issue has been resolved for our system, which they have told me is updated. Over the past week I have spoken to three different employees at Elevation regarding this, all with a different story to tell. If tou are reading this, I strongly advise you to reconsider your Solar choices out there. My next stop will be the State Attorney General and the ***********

      Hello, we apologize for the delays and communication issues - we certainly fell short of your and our expectations for the type of service we strive to provide. We have sent ****, our Field Supervisor, to your home to make sure everything is ready for commissioning. He has confirmed the system is ready for commissioning. Your project was resubmitted to *** and they gave us a commissioning date of 10/26 at 8:45am. We will send **** back to your home for commissioning to ensure it passes and to activate your system at the same time.

      A manager will also be calling you today to answer any questions you may have.

      On May 13, 2021 my husband and I signed a contract for Elevation to install solar panels on our home. On May 28, 2021, we gave them a deposit of $7,756. In over a year and a half, nothing has happened; no progress has been made on the project. They also have had horrible communication. We want and deserve our full deposit back.
