      Elevation Solar responded very quickly to the issue at hand. Apparently a split in the wire caused the breaker to tripe, a situation that probably happened during installation. No more problems. Thank you **** for taking care of the issue, you showed great workmanship and hope that if there are any more problems that you would be one of the guys to assist us.

      I have been calling Elevation for just about a month. Several calls. I was told they needed to send a third party out as my home does beed service and I am in ** and not AZ. Each time I have spoke with them they have told me 24 business hours and I would get a call. Nothing every single time. I end up having to call them. I called 2 days ago and was told I would get a call from management (at my request) before the end of the business. Still..nothing. They have been the worst company I have ever dealt with. I pay every month on my panels and for the last month, only half have been reporting. Their customer service is awful. They do not call back as they tell you they will.

      Installation was great and easy back in *********. Since then the support and even sales team when inquiring about an upgrade has been terrible. This week I called the service department to discuss my failing system. After being on hold for 20 minutes I was forced to leave a voicemail as there were no agents available. After 3 days no one called so I called back. After being on hold for 20 minutes again I tried taking the new customer route to sales and was speaking with an agent within minutes. My system is 6 years (2019) and they are telling me I need to purchase a new communication piece as the 3g they installed system is no longer use. 3G was old outdated technology when my system was installed as 4G was widely available by 2013 or 6 years before my system was installed. They claim they had no idea 3G would be phased out. Please, youre a tech company please dont tell me you dont know. Now they want me to spend $550 on the upgrade. Guess what, the upgrade gets me to 4G which is already outdated by a few years as we are now on 5G.However the reason my system is not working has nothing to do with the communication piece, only my ability to monitor. So they want me to spend $200 to pay for a tech to come out and to a health check. Assuming the inverter is bad (this is the guess at this point) they will then charge me an additional $275 for installation of the new inverter which is under warranty.Sales team was great in *********, but Elevation Solar has no interest in taking care of you after the sale.

      We understand your concerns regarding the 3G communication technology used in your system. At the time of installation, 3G was still supported by major carriers and commonly integrated into solar monitoring equipment across the industry. Unfortunately, the phase-out of 3G networksled by telecommunications providershas impacted many customers nationwide, including yours. While we wish we could have predicted the exact timeline of its retirement, the industry has had to respond alongside these carrier ********** clarify, the communication device does not impact your system's ability to produce energy; it affects the remote monitoring of performance data. Your solar system is still producing power unless a component such as the inverter has failed, which would indeed require a service visit to ********** addition, the manufacture SolarEdge emailed all customers being effected by the retirement of the 3g cell kit.       I have had multiple technical issues with the solar system installed in summer of 2022, requiring technicians to come to my home to perform repairs every few months. Given the young age of the system, it is frustrating to deal with this many quality issues. The parts are under warranty, but I have just been informed that Elevation has a "policy change" and now each visit which was originally offered free of charge is now subject to a $200 fee for labor. Given how many issues I've had with the inverters and panels, this will be incredibly costly for me. Given the new policy, I would not recommend using this company.

We understand how frustrating it be, and we sincerely apologize for any ****************** like to provide some clarity regarding our service visit policy. While the parts used in your system are covered under the manufacturers warranty, Elevation Solar has never been contractually obligated to provide labor for warranty work at no charge unless if it's installation related issue, meaning our install of the solar was the route cause of the problem. In the past, we have occasionally waived labor fees as a courtesy to support our customers, but those instances were not part of a formal policy or guaranteed service model.We appreciate your feedback and recognize that experiencing issues early in your system's life can be especially discouraging.       Manager ******* ( if hes even a true manager ) was absolutely rude and condescending !! He made light of my concern that the tech came to my house late , didnt knock on the door to let me know he even was there after I was told I needed to be home . I had items removed from my breaker box without my knowledge . Issue was not fixed . Pictures and a report were drawn up without my knowing until I called days later . I have gotten two very high power bills totaling $1320 . They dont communicate BUT **** the field manager demonstrated professionalism and understanding with my concerns . He and the nice phone **** were helpful and polite . ******* could use some management training and courses in effective listening and communication skills !!!

      Spoke with Zetty from Elevation. He provided excellent customer service, listened to me completely, didnt rush me, and he then walked me through trouble shooting that solved the issue. He also explained every step thoroughly to increase my knowledge; to help me become more independent.

      For those who are looking to buy solar panels, you should consider Elevation Solar Or least give them a call and to answer your questions.Everyone has different experiences with solar companies, some good and some bad but for me Elevation Solar is the best. They were my first and only solar company and I have been with them for well over 5 years.The few times I decided to call usually a person would answer the phone. If the person I needed to Talk to was not in I would a message not really expecting to get a prompt response.I was very surprised to get a call back the same day. I was even more surprised that I have received several calls over the years just them checking to see how my system was working and if everything was fine.The calls were from different Elevation folks, but all the call started off the same way, Hello Bill this is so and so with Elevation Solar, I just want to check to make sure your system is operating fine.I feel like a person with Elevation Solar not just a number.If you are interested in Solar Panels, I think you should at least contact Elevation Solar and get your questions answered.Im not getting any compensation for this review, Its just a great company with great equipment and customer service. And I just want to spread the word.O by the way my system works great, and I have never had an issue.

      My system has been down for over a month. It took over a week to reach someone. I was told that they had 24-hours to troubleshoot. If they coudn't resolve I would have a tech reach out to me. I never heard back.I finally reached out to my sales person for asssitance. He ensured me that the matter woudl be addressed. Still nothing. I again reached out to my sale peson. He informed that there is only one technician in the entire state of *****. This was confirmed with another call to Elevation Solar. How long will that be before they get to me. My electric bill is $475 without my solar panels. They need to hire more technicians and pay them over time to service their customers. This is totally unacceptable.
