This business needs to be reported...My wife ordered two boxes of wax on 9/30...after waiting a week, I emailed them and asked if they had sent out the order...no response. Today, October 11, still no order, so I left a one star review...funny that within an hour the owner responded with a rude commentary on how it was supposed to be shipped, but he didn't know who to blame for the order not getting shipped...he then attacked with the following excerpt from my inquiry: this is his email response to me inquiring about my wife's order...I was not being rude. You were emailing a Shopify mailbox that is not monitored. Sorry, I did not get anything from you, so I could hardly reply.Since your wife could not talk to anyone on the phone I assume that was the neighbor lady that my wife talked to and made arrangements to take care of the order. Since that never happened and you apparently do not want her to follow through with the arrangements they made for her to come and get the wax, I am canceling the order completely and will send a refund to you for the amount that I charged to your card. Be sure and tell her that you screwed that up for her and go ahead and order from Brambleberry. I have a hard enough time keeping 464 in stock and an additional two cases will provide one of my customers I care about product.Your one star review is a laugh and the vast majority of 5 stars overrule. I applaud the fact that your life is perfect and you never have the fickle finger of fate take its toll on you. Your account is noted as closed so no transactions can be conducted going forward.Norman And this was the owner responding to my email asking if he was going to send the order or if we should pick it up ourselves...so glad we've been customers for 5 years...be warned...you are not appreciated and this is how he treats long time customers...he even closed my wife's account so no transactions can be conducted going forward...too funny...blocking customers rather than apologizing is easier than to admit fault...guess I'll just take my "perfect life" and move on...Norm is the owner of Arizona Soap Supply...we've been customers for almost 6 years...he is always rude and condescending...just reading his email response to my inquiry shows just how rude he is. "The two cases will provide one of the customers 'I care about' product...I mean that is a slap in the face...pure evil...these people should not be in business if this is how they treat longtime customers...we travel from Prescott to visit their store in ********...shame on you, Norm.
