      I signed up for Quell Pest Control around March. They signed me up for a monthly fee. On the very first visit, they damaged our custom doors. They pulled me in by stating that they had previously sprayed the property and I was the new owner. I tried to cancel in May. By ****, I could see they were still charging me. I emailed them, as that is how they have been communicating with me, and told them to cancel. At this time, I said look, you are damaging my custom doors, and I do not want you here anymore; please cancel. I sent them a text and an email with the door damage. They NEVER responded, but they decided to charge me again now for July. Please remember they have only sprayed here once (badly) and have not returned. They did offer some dates, but none where I could be here to oversee their work, which they needed. In June, I asked them to cancel via the email they had been using to communicate with me; they sent me some nonsense email that I needed to call for safety. LOL! Anyway, here we are. They have never taken ownership of the door damage. My doors are copper and sprayed at the top, causing oxidation damage. I have permanent drip marks on my doors now. For someone who claimed that they had sprayed my house previously, this is terrible form. They need to cancel immediately and reimburse me.

      Quell pest control failed to fully explain that the service fee was not a warranty as had been previously explained to us. They now want to charge us to cancel the service.
