1 starHad them paint the outside of my house a few years ago, thought I'd have them paint my master bedroom and closet. Big mistake, took nearly 3 weeks weeks, first ******* so bad and unreliable I told him not to come back. Finally another comes out to finish, not much better but done, and no quality inspection as they said they'd do. Seems like these *******s are subcontractors because first gut said sanding and priming is not in his contract and second *** said first *** bought too much paint. Delays, bad attitudes and poor quality, look elsewhere.Review fromChrisMcGinnis

1 starDO NOT USE!AZ Painting Company completely destroyed my custom security door. They refuse to do anything about it. The super who came out and did a post inspection promised they would fix it only for the ** to claim the issue was pre-existing. The issue is that the security bars are held onto a steel screen using a silicone adhesive. Rather than prep the surface properly, or notify me of how this would pose issues, the painters simply painted right over it, sloppily. The door (from the inside of the house) looks absolutely terrible and is irreparable. On a nice day with the front door open, we now have the pleasure of looking at this mess. This door costs over a thousand dollars to replace as it is custom and original to the house. This door shouldve never been painted, and I should have been notified that this issue exists and would cause problems. This job cost over $4,500 and was supposed to be professional. The entire exterior of my house was painted by 2 guys in 2 days, top to bottom. They were careless, did not prep the surfaces properly (clearly). Had peel away less than a year later and they were already back for repairs on paint warrantied for 5 years. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone as they will blame the customer for any issues that arise. They assume the customer is also a professional painter and can identify industry specific issues on their own. They lack integrity and accountability and instead send the same painter who made mistakes back to the house to get loud with you on your front porch. The only thing Ive been told so far on this matter is youre right I shouldve seen that and Im sorry for that. Sorry doesnt repair my expensive door thats ruined. This is all besides the garage trim that was replaced and held on using nothing but caulk. Peeling away sub-12 months later. Came back and now found some wood to use nails behind it. Poor preparation again.Arizona Painting Company

Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that the door in question has a silicone adhesive layer between the screen mesh and the frame, which was part of the original construction and existed prior to our work. This design choice by the manufacturer can pose challenges, but it is unrelated to our painting process. We have offered to repaint the door free of charge after the underlying issues with the door's construction are addressed by the screen door company. We regret that this situation has caused frustration and remain committed to working with you to find a resolution once the structural concerns are resolved.Review fromKaren C

1 starDo not use this company. Total disappointment. Friend recommended because had three projects that went well. My experience not so good:1. Told a team would be deployed for my *****sf home, take 4 days. One guy showed up, took 5.5 days. Equipment was faulty which did not help. He did not have time to tidy at end of day, so back patio and front porch filled with old paint cans, equipment etc for a week. Appreciated he worked all day and it was hot. Crazy one person.2. Gate to backyard open all day, every day, had to be home to allow doggie breaks.3. One solar light broken, no big deal but found wall light at back of garden, not sure where he had the rest.4. Furniture from patio left on lawn, uncovered, so could not run irrigation for a week, and had rain. Had friends help put back. Against a chair facing the pool was propped a mirror.5. Concerned when I found a mirror propped against a chair right next to the pool.6. Had to follow up to get final inspection some 20 days after completion, because of cracks not dealt with, chipping on doors and spotty painting. Would have correct wording but never got the checklist I requested.7. Had to follow up to find out when repairs will be made, told Saturday, no confirmation email as requested and here I am Friday with a team of 4 working on it. Shame this was not the team on job in the first place. Wonder how much paint I will have left?6. Came home to find one panel off my garage gate and someone walking out with a can that I had used to prop shut my tool shed. It was not the one guys fault he should never have been sent to do this job in 117 degrees on his own, he really worked hard, to get it done, so I understood the not tidying up. But it was not what I was led to expect. Disappointment on organization of project throughout.Arizona Painting Company

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear the project didnt meet your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. We faced an unexpected challenge with one of our painter's helpers being out for an emergency, which caused delays. That said, we understand that sending only one person wasnt enough, and we apologize for the extended timeline, communication gaps, and untidy workspace. This isnt the standard we strive for, and were working to improve how we manage projects.I appreciate your understanding, especially given the hard work our team member put in, and were committed to making things right. If you'd like to discuss this further, we're here to help resolve any concerns. Thank you again for your *********** number one priority is making you whole, please feel free to reach me at ************* so we can discuss how I can make that happen.Review fromAndre A

1 star$4700 to paint a room with ********* and ceiling. The said it would take four days. It took nine days. Contract said fill holes, two coats of paint. they sprayed the whole job with one coat barley. it looks so bad we gave up and now we are painting it ourselves sadly because they sprayed such a light coat we can not do touch up. Only one worker and he asked us if he could put his ladder on our furniture because his was to short because he could not fit the right ladder in his car. They told us it was going to be this expensive because they have sand ******** and then do multiple coats, they didnt sand and just sprayed once (see pics) because they didnt have a ladder they said they could not sand the spackled spots on ceiling and left this huge build up spot ( see pics) the one employee said he was the ****** and then three supervisors came to look at the mess and one worked a day and fixed what he could. After 9 days we just gave up.Arizona Painting Company

1 starWe were quoted a price. They could not deliver on the date promised. It took weeks to get back to us with the exact same estimate for less than 1/2 the original 2 rooms now 1 room because furniture was delivered that can't be moved. After repeated calls & promises for a new estimate, they texted the same estimate as for 2 ************* we had mgr come out & he would only take 1/4th off the original price for one small room. VERY poor attitude after all the delay and promises and 'thanks" for our patience and promises of.. "we'll treat you right." I said, so we are getting less, for more money & the company owner said "yes."Arizona Painting Company

We apologize for the delays and confusion. The individual responsible no longer works with us and was not an owner of our company. To make it right, we have gone out and repainted all desired areas at our expense. We appreciate your patience and understanding.Thank youReview fromAndre P

1 starI contracted a job to epoxy my garage floor. After they contacted me to make sure I was going to be available on the scheduled date/time, they didn't show. No one contacted me, so I contacted them multiple times and they rescheduled multiple times that day stating "the painters were getting supplies or they were on another job". Rescheduled. The painters came, setup and by the end of the day they were done. They told me that I should be able to walk on the floor in 4 to 8 hours. The floor never dried (tacky/wet), didn't coat well in areas, and joints looked cloudy/ milky. I contacted the Project Manager (****), he sent them back another day to fix it. They came, resealed the floor and said 4-8 hours again. After 48hrs, I contacted the project manager and told him the floor was still not dry. I had to convince him to come out and see this. Now, 5 days after sealing the 2nd time, the project manager and another manager (******), came out, walked across the floor and almost got his shoes stuck in the sealant. We discussed the floor, joints, and compensation because the floor isn't completed and I can't keep taking off work. We ( **********************, my wife and myself) discussed some numbers for compensation and then decided to wait until the job was completed to finalize the figure. So, the painters came out, resealed the floor and joints. I contacted them again and said the floor finally dried, but the milky joints look like c*** I sent pictures of the discoloration to the project manager, he sent them out again (another day). Joints got scrapped and resealed. Joints were finally done, so I contacted the project manager to discuss the compensation, and was told they weren't going to compensate me anything because I didn't have to be at the home when work was being completed. I'm not happy with the project manager /manager defaulting on our agreement. I will never recommend this company, because they are untrustworthy. You should try another company.Review fromWarren S

1 starI contracted and paid for a job on my commercial building in May of 2022. Although the initial job was good, they were to come back in 90 days and touch up places where there was peeling. It took a year for them to return after **** texts and phone calls. They finally came back this summer and finished the job, but missed a few places. I am now in the process of calling and texting to try again to get them to finish. There follow up and responsiveness are terrible.Review fromDanielle R

5 starsWe recently had our very dark kitchen cabinets painted by AZ Painting Co. ***** showed up right on time and was very friendly. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood every step of the process. He was very communicative about when he would be here each day which I very much appreciated. The entire process start to finish took only 4 days. I expected a whole week so I was happy! I am beyond thrilled with the results. *****************!! 10/10 recommend!!
