After the painting job was completed, we noticed some damage to our front door. I sent pictures detailing and requested that they come back to look at the door frame. I called twice and was assured that someone would be out. I did not pay the balance due. After twoo weeks, we received a twenty day notice for the payment. I then paid the balance to avoid any further legal action. In addition to the damage on the door, we inquired as to whether the fence was indeed treated as detailed in the contract. We have not heard from the company on this issue as well.

We hired ****'s to repaint our kitchen ********. The finished wood cabs had previously been painted without any sanding or primer & paint was peeling. ***** rep advised ****'s that their primer couldn't be applied over the failing paint and that existing paint had to be removed. ****'s added $1600 for the following contract line: Upon further inspection with ******************************* **** ******** were not properly prepped when originally painted and will need to be sanded down further to strip paint. No chemicals needed just extra sanding to strip them. Andys Painting will sand down further than light profile to strip ******** of previous paint to properly prep for painting and prevent foreseeable future warranty issues.7/17/24: Day 2 of work. The painter said he was done sanding cabinet bases, but previous paint was still there. He and PM said they'd remove it but it will require add'l equipment; we asked about cabinet doors. Those were finished already w/ 2 coats of primer & 2 coats of color w/o previous paint being removed.GM, ************ challenged the contract language strip the paint. GM said that the thought behind strip the paint is that we strip the paint properties to open the pores of the paint. GM said that what we expected could not be delivered & that they could fulfill the contract or return our deposit and doors. We asked for them to return the cabinet doors to us as they were before the job started. Referred me to regional mgr, who said they wouldn't remove the paint they applied. We have stopped work & will get a full refund, but cabinet doors now have additional layers of paint over the paint that was supposed to be stripped, & it will cost us money to have the paint applied by ****'s removed so that the previous paint can be properly removed. Desired resolution: ***** will strip the cab doors of the paint they applied over the sanded but not stripped paint OR ***** will compensate us for the add'l labor it will take to remove their paint.

      3. Customer is happy with this resolution and no further action will be needed to satisfy this complaint.

I hired this company to paint my house. There has been bubbling of the paint on the front door, they have sent someone out twice to repair this and the problem persists. I did contact them again and project manager named ***** came out and told this would be fixed or the door replaced. ** scheduled this for Thursday. ** called on Thursday and said they could not make it and that he was waiting for suggestions from the paint rep. ** said the rep. would contact him "today or tomorrow". I called contacted late in the day Friday with no response. It has now been over a week since he came out to see the issue, still no communication, such as still working it or a date when this could be done. I have had to initiate and reinitiate communication with this company since day one on issues. I've communicated with ***, general manager, *********************** and the office, all of which responded after more than one try.

We currently are scheduled to come back to ******************** home on Wednesday May 8th to rectify the bubbling paint on his front door. We have been in contact with our ******************************* representative to find the best solution and to make sure that this bubbling on his fiberglass door does not continue to persist. Our plan to fix and ensure this doesn't continue is as follows:

We will lightly scrape bubbles, strip remaining paint off the door with paint stripper, clean off the door with denatured alcohol, lightly spray first coat of paint using SW Pro industrial W/B DTM, allow 24 hours for dry time, & return for 2nd coat after the dry time.

The estimator *********************** was polite and on timeIf along with the color consultant ********************************. But come the day of the painting May 1st that's when the communication and everything else started to be unpleasant. Painters no called no showed twice made me waste two whole days of work. Now come October the paint is already falling off the house, warranty painters were scheduled to come out October 17th but yet again we have another no call no show. This companies painters lack quality and efficiency. They don't do what is promised. I'm very disappointed with this company after the amount of money I had to spend to get the house painted.

We had our house painted by Arizona Painting Company in November 2020 with a 3 year warrantee. On February 27, 2023 we contacted the Arizona Painting Company regarding warrantee issues with photographs of the issues. We continue to get the runaround from the Arizona Painting Company to schedule our repair.

We apologize as to how this was missed.  We contacted the cusotmer today and setup a time to meet them on-site 3/15 at 8am to review the warranty concerns.  From there we will determine the time needed to complete the repairs and we will setup a time to complete the repairs directly with the customer.
