3 starsI purchased the luxe wallpaper for my daughters nursery. I noticed all the reviews on the wall blush website were all 5 stars and there was no place to put my own review. I now see this site with not so great reviews. When receiving the wallpaper we were expecting a vinyl texture but it was paper. Which is on us for not reading that on the website. The picture quality was also way larger than the photo on the website which was shocking. After reading reviews about it shrinking after paste or it not lining up. We did our own research and thankfully my mom has experience with wallpaper. Our tips would be to use sizing as the first step and put that on the wall. Dont use the paste that they supply with the wallpaper. Purchase your own paste and apply it to the back of the strips, not the wall. After doing all that it turned out absolutely beautiful and we are so happy with the outcome just wish the quality was a tad better and the reviews on the website werent curated to be only 5 stars.

1 starPurchased wallpaper that was calculated on their website by myself and my contractor, contractor started today which was 7 days out of the return window and the wallpaper received were not the correct measurements even though this is calculated by 2 people and customer service. The only way to contact somebody is through email, I received 2 emails back refusing a refund even though I plan on ordering the correct amount of panels and spending another $700. Now my emails are being ignored along with my Instagram messages. Please do not order from this company.Wall Blush

1 starThese people should not be in business. They are shady, misleading and difficult to do business with online. Their calculation did not properly calculate what I ordered and they tried to convince me I used cm when I know I input inches for both ht and wt and paid for exactly what I input but they shorted me about 4 feet in total in length and said I could do an exchange and repurchase for the difference and they would give a discount to get more panels. Something is wrong with their system and that calculator and they just produce randomness. I know what I paid for was what I input and their math isnt mathing. Im completely disgusted and they dont take accountability or try to be reasonable. I wont even get into the drama I had to go through to get one order cancelled prior to resubmitted another order they got wrong. I will never do business with them. Horrible practices, not honest, bad customer service and policies arent transparent or trustworthy. Too many pitfalls with this company. I was so excited about this wall paper project to not be able to get what I ordered is extremely disappointing. I will shop elsewhere.Wall Blush

1 starExtremely disappointed with our experience and sad to only be seeing the BBB reviews now as of course all reviews on their website are 4-5 stars. We ordered the *********** mural for our nursery after seeing it on Pinterest and TikTok, in those photos and the Photos they advertise themselves the mural appears to be scaled down to fit the dimensions of the wall providing as much of the full image as possible. Its also advertised as custom print with multiple dimension options. We had the wallpaper professionally installed only to find out that provided panels only have a very zoomed in, cropped portion of about 25% of the full image advertised, missing the entire top, right hand side and bottom of the rest of the image. When I reached out to customer service to clarify, hoping it was just a misprint that could be corrected, the answers received were very contradictory. Initially stating our murals are scale to fit the dimensions of the wall, therefore parts of the image may be cropped (to me and everyone else scaled to fit means shrunk down to accommodate the dimensions provided) and in the following email they said the pattern is designed to fit specific panel dimensions without scaling. Which one is it?? Clearly there is zero understanding of what scaled even means and its very frustrating to see videos/photos of people who stated they used less panels than we did and have almost the entire image printed. This company clearly has zero accountability or awareness. Ive asked for a refund given the extreme misrepresentation of their products and inability to correct it but upon reading these reviews Im not holding my breath on getting any money back.Wall Blush

3 starsBeautiful print with vivid colors, but installing the Luxe paper is a headache. Instructions state not to overlap, but the paper shrinks as it dries leaving a gap at the seams. I realized this was happening after the first 2 rolls, so I was able to remove them and overlap from that point forward. Also, the patterns don't line up consistently on each seam. It will start perfect, but will end up slightly off at some point. I contacted customer service and was offered a new shipment, but I had no desire to remove the paper and start all over. I won't order from them again.Wall Blush

1 starSpent over 300$ to do a small hallway maybe 13 pieces of wallpaper. Came nicely packaged and seemed like the best quality paper one could buy! Had a horrible time getting the paper to stay on the wall. The paste was horrible quality. Finally got it to stick! Roughly two weeks later and all, I mean All the wallpaper is coming off the walls! Wont spend the money there again!Wall Blush

1 starI normally dont ever right reviews and I hate to even right this one but I dont want anyone else to get ripped off like me I splurged and bought this wallpaper for my daughters room and she was so excited for it. When I put the size of my wall into their calculator on their site it told me I needed 7 panels and with the 40% off promo I decided to bite the bullet and surprise my daughter with it .Well , it came in and the wallpaper is high quality which Im grateful because I had to reposition it several times and it STILL DOESNT match up. Not to mention I came to find out 7 panels was not enough ! So I had to order more panels to finish the job . they since have changed the calculator which makes me wonder if it was broken and they realized this ). I cant help but think I was scammed and their calculation showed I only needed 7 panels and then I ended up having to order DOUBLE because their calucstion on their website wasnt correctly calibrated . NOT TO MENTION the wallpaper looks horrible because I followed the instructions to a T and the overlapped panels do no match. They will match on the first foot or so then as you go down the wall they no longer match.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont waste your money . You will end up paying double just to finish one wall. Try another company ! This one is a rip offWall Blush

1 star******** product!! Keeps falling down! I ordered the **** wallpaper with the image of ******* ******.1. The image was not centered to the wall. The image was on the right side, with his arm cut off. 2. After one week ALL of the panels fell off. After multiple attempts to reapply they continued to fall down the next day. (I do not have textured walls.)3. The product isnt salvageable at this point due to crinkling and sticking together. I would not be writing this review unless I tried several times to fix the issue. 1 starFollowed the instructions exactly. Put the wallpaper on the wall with the adhesive included in packet. It looked great when applied. They tell you not to overlap as the luxe traditional is designed to be seamylywell it does until it dries. Every panel now has a 1-2mm gap and looks horrible. Im so upset.Wall Blush

1 starWould not recommend. Installation was a nightmare. They have Installation videos on Instagram which contradict the instructions they send in the box. My husband is a contractor and we've done multiple remodels, this was one of the most frustrating projects of them all. To top it off, the image was printed misaligned so the final product looked terrible. **************** only offered to replace the product, would not provide any sort of refund. I wasted several hours on a damaged product, DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.Wall Blush
