    Wallblush has a HUGELY SHADY approach to their return intake. I reached out 3 times about a return and after two weeks they finally replied. At first, it was normal return communications where I was within all the guidelines of the return policy and they seemed receptive to the return and had asked for a photo of the merchandise. I sent a photo of the wallpapers I wanted to return in new condition. After the photos were sent, all of a sudden, they turned 180 degrees and accused me of not being in the window of the refund policy. Their policy states that refunds had to be initiated within 30 days of the order date, which all three of my email outreach was squarely within that period. It was literally the bizarre gaslighting tactic. I can literally see the date stamps for all of my initial email threads??? If youre going to try to deny my return for ******** reasons, at least be smart about it? After a ton of back and forth, they finally sent me a ***** shipping label. I shipped back the wallpaper, I see on the tracking that they received it and signed off on it. Then I email them again letting them know that I shipped it and they responded saying I should see a refund in a few days. That was over a month ago. Still no refund. I would never order from this company again. Extremely dishonest business.

There was a chargeback filed with your card holding company and since that has been done our merchant does not allow refunds on an opened chargeback. If you can cancel the charge back with your bank we will submit the refund for you!

    I purchased wallpaper on a Saturday and changed my mind the next day. I sent an email requesting my order be cancelled and refunded as the status said ordered. It hadnt been printed or shipped at that point and they refuse to honor my request. I can return the item for store credit. What a joke! Itd be one thing if it had been printed but it hadnt. What a terrible company!!

    I am filing a complaint against Wall Blush regarding order #****** (placed 5/11/25, $507.56). Product: Enchanted ***** ****-and-stick wallpaper, a mix of 2-, 4-, 6-, and 8-ft panels.Problems on install Print ink flaked off while I used the companys felt applicator.The pattern would not align between different heights. Wall Blush later admitted mixing heights never matches, yet the site/FAQ gave no *************** issues *********** offers e-mail only contact. **** implied user error for the ink flaw but conceded the disclosure gap about panel heights.Remedy timeline (docs attached) 5/31 Offered 70 % off reorder of 17 8-ft panels. 6/5 Invoice D18607 with code MEMORIAL55: 55 % off + $507.56 credit; total $133.59. Later links MYHOUSEOF840 (40 % off) total $366.36; FATHERSDAY50 (50 % off) total $204.69, now with shipping ******** out-of-pocket cost has swung from zero to as high as $366 even though the mismatch arose from Wall Blushs undisclosed product limitation.Desired resolution A) Full no-cost replacement of 17 uniform 8-ft panels with free shipping, or B) Reinstate the original 70 % discount and waive shipping so my added cost is = $150.All e-mails and screenshots are available as evidence. Thank you for your assistance in securing a fair outcome.

    After placing an order with this company I realized the current promotional code was not applied. I immediately contacted the company to apply the code or cancel the order. There is a cancel button in their website but it will not let you cancel even if the order was placed 1 minute earlier. I am unable to pay the extra $100 dollars that should be honored by this company. I feel that an upstanding company would be able to make this adjustment. This is not a custom order

    The wallpaper doesnt stick to the walls. The walls were clean and free of debris. It was also installed correctly and went up easily but only stayed on the wall for 8 hours. I dont recommend this company to anyone. They do not provide any sort of refunds or replacements.

    I contacted Wall Blush for a refund. They gave me the run around and finally said I didnt install it properly. The wallpaper kept creasing and bubbling up no matter if you started from top to bottom or vice versa. It came with a smoothing kit that didnt help to smooth it. The only option given to me was to re purchase it at a discounted price. I wouldnt dare spend more on this paper.

    I ordered the peel and stick wallpaper for my entire bathroom after testing a sample for over six months on my smooth walls. I also made sure it was ok to use in a bathroom after seeing many photos of bathrooms on their website and social channels. Sadly, It began to completely fall off of the walls three days after installation! After many back and forth emails with customer service, they offered to send me their paste the wall paper but will not refund my order. Paste the wall completely defeats the purpose of wanting to use peel and stick and is absolutely not a solution to their product just not working like it should have. At this point their peel and stick product feels like false advertising and I highly recommend looking to another company when using in any bathroom!!

    I ordered what I thought was a wall decal. I thought it was a decal because there is no way to enter specific dimensions for a wall like in the case of wallpaper. What I received was one pre sized panel. It is a fraction of the mural advertised. I have contacted the business multiple times and still no one can give me an answer as to how one would order enough panels for the entire wall. In fact they stated that you cant CHOOSE which panels you order. They offered to have me buy more panels but you cant tell them how many you need or which parts of the mural you need. They also cant tell you this information. They insist that their product is custom but in fact it is not-they have pre sized panels. The whole thing is a complete scam. I want a full refund.

    I have already spoken to customer service MULTIPLE times. They are NOT custom. They are set sizes and you can choose how many panels but they cant guarantee the number you choose will actually cover the entire wall. Additionally, because they arent custom sizes they wont fit my wall! I already paid for one panel (which I thought was the entire thing) and they told me I needed 4 more but that I couldnt choose which part of the mural was sent which is dumb because how do I know I wont end up with another missing panel and two of the same one! Even if I paid MORE for panels which I am NOT going to do I cant get the exact size of my wall because you dont sell custom sizes! The entire thing is a merry go round! I just want a refund. Period.

    I purchased peel and stick wallpaper for my home. I received the wallpaper and although it was beautiful. I cannot use in the space because the print is too large. I wanted to return and order another print for the area. I was told there are no refunds or returns. This was a shock but under a tab which you have to click it then tells you this. I emailed and chatted with the company, was told this is the policy and they would give me a $100 credit. I paid ****** on 11/03/24. I cannot believe that this is allowed. If there are no returns, refunds or exchanges it should be in bold all over the website. It is not. I would like a full refund and I will gladly return the wallpaper. Please help.

    My original order # is *************. My order consists of 2 different rooms worth of wallpaper and 2 wall blush plus warrantys [1 for each room/ different wallpaper]. This complaint is on the company refusing to uphold their warranty on the wall blush plus warranty that I paid for. We did our first room, used the warranty and recieved the wrong panels, was told they were having "automation issues" and a 2nd set of correct replacment panels were sent. No issues. We then had to use the 2nd, warranty on the 2nd room as well. I recieved the wrong panels AGAIN. I reached out about receving the incorrect panels AGAIN on 10/19. This is where the issues began-- the 3 previous times I communicated with customer service my replacment panels were processed and handled with 0 fuss in less then 5 minutes. On 10/19 I was told by *******, "I will relay this to our printing department. Once I recieve a response from them I will follow up with you.". Instead of my correct replacment panels being processed this was her response and was the last communication she has given me. I reached our 5 days later [today 10/24] because I have yet to get an update on my replacment panels. This is where I have been completley ignored via chat and email. I reached out multiple times throughout the day [10/24] trying very hard to give them the benefit of the doubt that they were short staffed or on lunch and this was the reason I was not receiving a response. I then used my husbands phone to reach out and got a response almost immediatley. This confirmed what I had read on other BBB complaints on this company, that I was purposely being ignored. Our replacment panels are not being processed nor would the person who spoke to my husband help us. I want my CORRECT replacment panels sent and a full refund, because at this point we are over a month of delays due to recieving incorrect replacment panels and now being fully ignored and the warranty that I PAID FOR is not being upheld by the company.
