    Andar is more hype than quality. My leather iPhone case arrived in a product package that was previously opened and showed signs of prior use. I provided photographic evidence but Andar refused to exchange the item at no additional shipping cost. *****. My advice - explore other more reliable sources.

    Went to exchange an item within the exchange/return window (stated on my order I could return or exchange THROUGH 4/30) I was told by customer service that my window had closed even though today was 4/30 and clearly was only 9 am. All I wanted to do was exchange the item for a different material as I was not happy with the original one I had bought. I was ****** responded to that the return window was already extended being that I bought the item in Novemeber! It was a preorder that did not ship until February!!!! I corrected them and let them know it had not even been 90 full day from when I received the item to which I was told it starts the day they fufill it! So it took 4 days more to get to me but I lose 4 days just because that is the policy?! I was not even asking for a refund I just wanted to exchange the item. I will never buy from this place again their customer service is a joke and they just ****** respond with cannot help you. There are plenty of other places to purchase leather goods from that care more about the customer.

    I ordered a wallet and I got an email saying it was delivered. I never received it and the tracking says it's still in AZ. I sent and email and tried to call. Nobody answers and all I can do is wait for them to respond to my email. I want a refund at this point and that won't even go through.

    I pre-ordered a case for the new iPhone after seeing that Andar had updated the action button from their previous version, which only featured a cutout where the button lies on the device. The ********************** customer service team was very responsive and helpful and got me into the correct version faster than I could have expected. It's been a great experience so far and I'm very happy with the product.

    I ordered iPhone and AirPod cases in their listed stone gray color. What I received were cases that were brown and not anywhere close to the depicted photos on the website and social media pages/ads. I asked for a refund and they charged a restocking fee. I asked for this to be waived given my concern that this is false representation/advertisement and they responded with an unprofessionally worded email that said no and that the restocking fee is clearly outlined. This is horrendous customer service, and very cheap/*****, given the fact that they dont represent the colors correctly. There are plenty of other options out therebuyer beware
