    Company sold phone cases, only showing the back bit the front. They do show on website sales final but in order confirmation it is in small print you cant read even with zoom.The phone case is designed in the front (never seen) so there is little to no protection of the screen.When I reached out to the company I got an email saying I could return it but their website return tool says return REJECTED.Its my mistake but I think the company is misleading by not representing their product accurately.

    I am asking for a product replacement for a defective product. They are refusing to replace their product.

    The leather case I ordered for my Mac Book Pro arrived damaged, I have tried communicating with Andar Support Team and I am not getting a resolution. I simply want a leather case exchange and not damaged or my money back.

    Ive spent well over $1,500 with this company. Recently this company has been having large quality control issues, thus causing me to process several exchanges. Andar informed me they will no longer offer exchanges since Ive processed several before, however they will still accept returns at the expense of the customer. Therefore I am forced to either keep a damaged item or pay the return fee to return it. Their website states to reach out for damages which Ive done (see attached photo).Ive informed them Ill need to process a chargeback for the most recent damaged order if they cant accept the damaged items without the customer paying to do so. Theyve threatened to ban me if I do so, which is a bullying tactic. I wrote feedback on the Andar ******** asking if other customers are experiencing quality control issues as well and they blocked me from the group.The damaged items in question are from Order ****** on October 29, ******. Western ****** 2. Black ****** 3. Black chapstick holder Total: $138.30 I also have credit in the following amounts with this company I cannot use if I am banned:1. Gift card in the amount of $15.48 2. Reward amount of $50 due to spending over $1,500 with the company. Total: $203.78

    Defect on an item I bought with Andar. I have tried contacting them after I informed them of the issue and they do not respond and have refused to refund or return the product.

    The products here are hit or miss. Good ones are really good but the bad ones have really terrible flaws that are difficult to overlook. My biggest issue though is that they seem to be filtering reviews. Obviously I cant prove that but I can say for certain that not a single review I have written for them has ever appeared on the website despite them replying to me via email about said reviews. My reviews werent even all the critical but they werent ****** positive either and one had pictures (at their request) showing a product flaw.but customer service had already told me thats how the product is supposed to look. I went ahead and posted the same pictures on their ******** page with my reviews and they banned me from their page. Im not harassing them or being rude or using profanity, I just want the honest reviews out there and they clearly disagree with that. This is a company with questionable ethics. If they werent then this wouldnt even be an issue.
