  Sir ********************** Contracting painted my house and did excellent work! He was extreemly fair in pricing and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. The workers were very polite, on time for their arrival to work and did a great job in spite of working in the record high temps of ******* recently.***************************, owner is also extreemly experienced, honest, and friendly. It was a pleasure to work with him and I am more than please with both the work and the price that was paid. I would recommend calling "************" for any and all your interior and exterior painitng needs as well as for home improvements and remodel or repair.

  After seeing the limited number, and quite mixed, reviews on Yelp, I checked the Better Business Bureau reviews where he has almost 40 all five-star reviews. Once I read them I felt very comfortable hiring ************************* (Sir John's Contracting) to repaint my stucco one-story house in *******, ***Everything was done as promised in very short order. Picking the paint color was a three-way negotiation between me, my wife, and **** who made several helpful suggestions. The price was surprisingly reasonable, and **** only made one suggested upcharge, to change the base color from flat to satin. The paint he used was a good brand that HOAs in the area specify; we don't have an HOA here but he still used this good paint.After just a handshake (no deposit) his crew showed up as expected (a one-day slip due to a slower job ahead of ours; no big deal; **** let us know well in advance) and commenced working quietly and efficiently without any delay. They were easy to work with. ****, the owner, came by two or three times a day to check on things (it was less than a two-day job). We were very, very pleased with the results. We found only one spot on a rake board that needed touching up, which was done immediately.His crew did a good job picking up their trash (mostly masking tape and plastic); they left behind (as requested) enough paint to do our own touchup. The one area he wouldn't paint was under the patio roof, since it would be time-consuming and expensive. I mean, he probably would have done it but it would have increased the job cost and duration.We are very pleased with the work and can recommend ********'s with no reservation.

  ********'s was great to work with on the exterior painting of my home. They also did some stucco and drywall repair prior to painting. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The owner came out every day to check on the crew, their progress and their work. I am very pleased with the end result and highly recommend them.

  The owner **** was easy to work with and explained everything that would be done and everything was done extremely well. We had stucco repair and painting done. The crew did an excellent job and were pleasant to speak with. **** came by and checked on everything. No down payment was required which was a pleasant change from other companies I have dealt with. He is now coming back to put coating on the parts of our roof that are flat. I would highly recommend this company.

  My wife and I were very happy with the job done by Sir Johns Contracting. The quote for painting our house was reasonable and no down payment was required. The crew was on time and took pride in their work. The owner came by both days to check on the crew and made sure the cracks in the stucco were repaired and the wood trim was sealed before painting. Great job and I would highly recommend this company.

  My house hadn't been painted in the 14 years I've owned it. I have contemplated painting the house for at least the last year but hadn't gotten around to actually doing anything. I met **** of Sir John's Contracting, and we discussed the matter. He was able to source the paint, fix a few minor age-related stucco issues, prep the house, and paint it within a week of our discussion. Plus, I felt the price was fair, and he didn't require me to put down any money before his crew started. I was so pleased with the house painting that I had him go ahead and paint my fence and coat my walkways. His highly professional team finished the job ahead of schedule. I couldn't have been happier with the quality of work. I will use this company again.

  We contracted Sir ********************** (********) because we needed work done on our house. He sealed the cracks and put down an epoxy coating on our two patios. The end result was gorgeous and we are very satisfied. We highly recommend Sir ********************** and his workers. A first class job! *****************************
