    **** (owner) was very professional during our initial appraisal for painting my home. He pointed out necessary repairs that were needed. His quote was very competitive and comprehensive. His team was great and on time. They moved all outdoor furniture and put it back once finished and cleaned up after themselves. I am very satisfied with the job. My house looks wonderful. I would recommend Sir John's Contracting and Minor Home Improvement.

    Sir John's recently completed Epoxy covering in our garage and patio. An absolutely wonderful job. It repaired some concrete issues and looks wonderful. Their staff is good to work with and very neat with the post-job cleanup.
    They also repainted our trim that was having some cracking and peeling. Also, helped repair some rotting around the garage door frame and repainted. They did a marvelous job.
    The day they finished the patio, wouldn't you know it, the heaviest rainstorm of the year that put water on the patio. They came right over to make sure everything was OK and cleared the standing water as we did not know if we could stand on it. This is service well beyond expectations.

    **** was responsive and quick to schedule us at a good price. His crew was polite and professional; they did the heavy lifting of moving our patio furniture and other things in the way of the house, and even got our kid's soccer ball off the roof!

    John's team recently did the epoxy coating on my garage floor. They were very professional and did a great job. It was a 2 day process. They arrived on time, answered all my questions and kept me informed about what they were doing each step along the way. Upon completion their clean up was great and the final result was very good. Very satisfied with the entire process.

    Johns team painted the outside of our house and did a wonderful job. No deposit required in advance. From start to finish it was two days. Painters were very thorough and even performed a repair (crack in front short wall) they did a few extra minor fixes which were not included on the estimate. They moved the heavy patio furniture and put it back. They did a great job cleaning up. Owner was on top of job and set clear expectations and met them. Was a very pleasant experience. Will use them again.

    We had Sir ********************** Contracting put an epoxy coating on our garage floor. They did a great job and completed the work in 2 days and kept us informed on the progress. We could ask questions about the job and they were happy to answer them. It was a job well done!

    Painted our house and did a fantastic job. No deposit required in advance. From start to finish it was two days. Painters were very thorough and even performed a repair (crack in patio ceiling) which was not included on the estimate. They moved the heavy stuff for us....and amazingly remembered where it all went afterward

    Sir ********************** Contracting was very professional and the workers were very nice and industrious doing a very good job painting our house and yard block wall enclosure and repairing patio cover ceilings. **** ******** (owner) checked in several times as the work progressed. The price was reasonable and the paint was high quality. No upfront deposit was required and I paid when the work was completed. Everything was left clean and tidy. I would recommend this company. **** ********
