      The restoration department came out in Aug of 2023. I gave $4,885.53 to have their build back department install/repair a shower that had to be removed do to to a leak behind the wall. I have been given the run around for months, I've asked for my money back several times but, to no avail. No follow up is ever been initiated by the Company I have to call and explain myself every time. The last attempt of a resolution was in Feb when I agreed to " One more Chance" to resolve the ongoing issue. Parts and supplies were ordered and was told they would be in by the end of Feb. Once they came in, some one would call and schedule the install. This is now March 15th no one has called yet. I called them today and was told someone would call me back still waiting

      I had a leak in my upstairs laundry room, they hooked up the dehumidifier incorrectly causing it to leak water all over the floor. I caal 2x explaining this and no one listened. They would just come in and turn it on again. The downstairs dehumidifier was turned off and put in hall after demo crew came. It sat there for 2 days (which I got charged for), when asked why not on the worker said I was supposed to reattach everything. Um no, if I break it, I buy it. My cabinets are all damaged from the demo, they were supposed to be reinstalled. My front yard is a mess, carpet is filthy, tile filthy. After the dehumidifier was finally fixed in the laundry room it was in there for 2 weeks. I had to call them to remove to. Dry out is 3 to 4 days not weeks. My electric bill looks like it's summer
