  My wife and I recently had our kitchen cabinets re-faced with Re-New Cabinets. We can't begin to tell you how thrilled we are with the finished product. Their professionalism and product quality are exceptional. They sent a tech by the name of *****. His focus and attention to detail was amazing. Every seam the edge was perfect.We recommend them without reservation.

  I purchased a home in the ********* Community and found the paperwork that Re-New Cabinets LLC had done the original work. I called them several times asking to speak to someone regarding the the materials used were peeling off on the cabinets. I never received a reply from anyone. After getting the repairs I needed to the kitchen, I decided that I was going to try again and see if I could get someone to come out and take a look. When I called this time a gentlemen who identified himself as ****** told me that the warranty was not transferable and that I would have to pay for any work and that he would be out on Tuesday and Tuesday came passed and no showed up. I then called the office a few days later and spoke to female and I told her that I spoke to someone and made an appointment and no one showed. She put me on hold and came back telling me that I had no appointment and that the warranty on the cabinets was no good. I told her that I spoke to a male and could not remember his name told me the warranty was not transferable, I told her that and all I wanted was my cabinets fixed. She then proceeded to call me a liar and then hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a ****** who was just as awful as she was. When I got home I looked at the paper I wrote the gentleman's name on and it was ******. I am a retired Law Enforcement Officer and have never been treated so bad by a contractor ever in my life. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances what so ever.

We DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT under your name and have never done business with you nor have we scheduled a time to come to your home. There are several important details missing from the situation described here therefore, out of respect, we will not continue to discuss the details on a public forum. Despite this, Re-New Cabinets, LLC has an open door policy. If anyone has questions about this case, they are free to stop by the office.

  Our experience with Re-New Cabinets was nothing short of excellent. Starting with our first visit to the showroom where sales representatives listened to our wish list and throughout the installation process, we never felt overwhelmed. The front office staff and technicians like ***** and ***** made sure we were informed every step of the way. Any issues that arose were quickly resolved. The remodeling of any kitchen can be stressful, but the team at Re-New Cabinets understand that and take every step necessary to address any customer concerns before during and after installation. We highly recommend Re-New Cabinets and particularly the superb customer service provided by the owners, ******* and ***********************.

  I rarely post reviews, good or bad, but really felt I'd like to share my experience with Re-New Cabinets. I've used them for two projects in my home and both experiences have been first-class! I originally had them come to reface my kitchen cabinets and add some extra customer shelving in the kitchen. It's been over 6 years and the workmanship and quality still show. The kitchen looks and functions beautifully and it's the best investment I've ever made in my home. Just last month, I had them come back to do 2 bathrooms and the hallway cabinets. Again, top-notch service and I'm extremely pleased with the results. They responded to phone inquiries very quickly, showed up when they said they were coming, provided a detailed written quote which didn't change, had clean, reliable workers in my home, and followed up to be sure I was completely happy. I don't know what more I could have possibly expected!

  Re-New Cabinets did an outstanding job from start to finish. If you're looking at redoing your cabinets, they offer a wonderful option to reface your existing cabinets that includes new drawers, drawer fronts, cabinet doors, hardware...essentially starting over with the cabinet boxes. Their team communicated very well throughout the process, completed the job in the timeframe that they said they would, ensured that we as their customer satisfied, and our ******************** came out wonderful. I would highly recommend Re-New Cabinets if you are looking to redo your cabinets in your home.

  I'm very happy with the results for my new kitchen! From beginning to end everyone was very professional and responsive. The installation crews were always on time, worked diligently to complete their tasks for the day, and cleaned up each day before leaving. ***************** again!

  It has been a pleasure working with Re-New Cabinets from front to finish. *** came to give an estimate with a professional, no pressure, when your ready, appointment...that is when I knew I would use them. Next was the measurements and meeting the owner ******. ****** and his crew went above and beyond to help create my vision for the bathroom and kitchen. ******* was super inspirational with countertop colors. The crew came in a timely fashion every day, took minimal breaks AND cleaned up daily before they left. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. It's not often that I would want to keep a close relationship with a company after the project was over but I truly love all these people and I would invite them ALL back into my home so I could cook for them in my kitchen.   Re-new did a wonderful job in our kitchen and bathrooms. We love it and is exactly what we were told it would be. Completed the work on time. All their workers were very friendly and professional. When the work was going on they cleaned up after themselves every night and at the completion of the job. I would recommend them without a question. I want to thank them for making my home beautiful.

  I would love to remodel all my bathroom, hallway, laundry room and kitchen cabinets but it is costly and saving for this budget seems daunting. Re-New Cabinets allowed me to complete this large task at a pace I can afford! I was able to re-face my bathroom and hallway cabinets last year and then I updated my and added pull out shelves to my kitchen island this year! Slow and steady. They have assured me that they are willing to work with me, even if it takes a few years for me to complete this large project. This could be concerning if you used different companies because you may not be assured that they would be around. Since I used a custom cabinet color, I really need it to be confident that the company I used would be around for many years to come. I have been completely satisfied with their work. My cabinets are luxurious now! It is also great to know that they can make modifications to enhance what you have. For instance, I plan to convert my desk area in my kitchen to a cabinet with drawers. So, if youre deterred by the cost and/or complexity of a large project, you can always pay as you go! I am very grateful for this option!
