  Back in 2022, we had our cabinets upgraded by Re-New Cabinets. We could not be more satisfied and happy with the decision that we took this route. Total remodeling of the kitchen would have been outrageously expensive especially knowing the cabinets had "good bones" we were happy with the the layout and did not want to replace the granite countertop.Recently, we identified a drawer slide that was causing us issues to Re-New Cabinets. Within a short time frame, the issue was addressed and handled professionally and efficiently.I would not hesitate to recommend the company to family or friends (which I've done several times already)!

  Updated review/ Renew Cabinets In less than 1 year actual use with just 2 adults ( seasonal) , our kitchen island drawer fronts show blistering!!!The occasional, undetected liquid droplet, smallest water droplet penetrates the material. One can only logically conclude the materials used and promoted by Renew Cabinets are NOT appropriate for kitchens, laundry rooms or bathrooms. Renew Cabinets clearly are aware of this problematic issue covering themselves legally ( but not morally) with their VERY limited warranty which specifically EXCLUDES any and all water damage REGARDLESS of the time frame, circumstances and even normal wear. We put our ************* in Renew Cabinets for our small kitchen at a cost of $18,663.92. Upon completion we VERY GENEROUSLY gave a 5 star review ( with their urging) Regretfully, we are now compelled ethically to warn others. Renew Cabinets total lack of any responsibility and their VERY limited warranty says it ALL.

  Mrs. ****** we are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction, though we feel it is important to clarify the circumstances. Your concern involved water damage, which falls outside of warranty coverage. Our limited warranty is backed by Arizona Workmanship Standards. Even so, we offered to assist by replacing the affected pieces at a fair and reduced cost as a goodwill gesture. Unfortunately, the expectation and demands requested could not be reasonably accommodated. We understand that this was frustrating, but we do not agree with the suggestion that our materials are unsuitable for kitchens or bathrooms. Our products have been successfully installed in thousands of homes, and when properly cared for, perform as intended.While we regret that this situation ended in disagreement, we do feel that the approach taken prevented a more positive resolution. We generally avoid addressing matters publicly, but in this case, we believe it important to provide clarity for others. We truly wish you the best moving forward.-Re-New Cabinets

  We had our cabinet refaced by Re-New Cabinets. The only issue I have is that I can only give them 5 stars. Right from the beginning the process and cooperation were outstanding. ******* was the first ****** we met and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She answered our questions and offered suggestions which made the decision so much easier. Once the work began it was incredible. the installers clearly had significant experience and were very polite, neat and friendly. When we saw the finished renew I was stunned. The craftsmanship was superb with the fit and finish exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product and company.

  This was a huge decision to make, but ******** was so easy to work with, no pressure at all, but had plenty of suggestions. The installer was wonderful, he left my kitchen, each day, like he was never there. It turned out absolutely perfect. I love it!

  We had an excellent experience with Re-New Cabinets, and we highly recommend them! ******** was fantastic. She provided a detailed quote, worked with us on pricing, and even communicated with her team to get us the best deal possible, including several bonus add-ins along the way. The price was reasonable, and when they came for final measurements, they suggested additional functional improvements at no extra cost. The team was patient as we chose the final finishes, even creating a custom stain for our project. There were so many finishes and styles to choose from, but they wanted to make sure we had the perfect one for our home. The entire project was completed in just five days, and the team working in our home was respectful, communicative, and did an outstanding job. Our new kitchen looks incredible, and we were amazed at how much functionality and space was gained through cabinet refacing.   Re-New Cabinets LLC did a wonderful job my my kitchen update!! I love my new cabinets! ******* and ******, the owners, were both involved in the project and did a great job keeping me up to date with emails on what had been completed, and what was yet to be completed. ******** answered all my questions as well and was quick to respond to texts/emails. The cabinets themselves are great quality and love the soft close on all the doors and drawers. From start to finish it took 5 weeks and only 4.5 days in my home for installation. Each day the kitchen was cleaned up after work. Out of all the companies *** worked with over the last several years for all my home renovations, Re-New is by far the most organized and informative. I did not have one issue which really says a lot about companies nowadays. I highly recommend Re-New for your cabinet project!!

  We are very happy we made Re-new Cabinets our choice. Our installer ****** made the experience above and beyond and his attention to detail and quality of work was impeccable. He left our kitchen spotless and I think he truly shows pride in his work. ******** was our first ****** of contact and made sure she was there for us if we needed any assistance or questions answered. After the work was completed she extended her help for any future needs and assure us she is available for anything we need.   We discovered Re-New Cabinets three years ago, after buying our home, and were impressed right away by their great reviews, beautiful showroom, welcoming atmosphere, and pride in their business. When we were finally ready to update our kitchen this month, we were even more impressed! We liked the layout and countertops that we already had and the cabinet framework was solid, but the doors, drawers, hardware, and surfaces were old, so refacing was the perfect option. ****** and *******'s recommendations for colors, materials, styles, and upgrades that we wanted were excellent and their workers' craftsmanship was absolutely meticulous. They left the room spotlessly clean at the end of each day and did a tremendous amount of work faster than we could have imagined. We now have a gorgeous, brand-new kitchen that was completed in just four days, from start to finish! Highly recommend!
