    Date of transaction 1/30/2024 Don't believe the hype! I have watched their you-tube videos, unfortunately what they say doesn't match their actions. I registered to have my vehicle transported, my first open date was more than a week out, I contacted them and asked if everything was on track and to see if there was any issues. They responded back, fairly quickly that they would be in touch with me a week out of my date. I didn't hear back from them, now six days out. I called them and they said since I didn't live in a huge metropolitan area that my transportation request is a bit more challenging. My pick up area hadn't changed since I made my reservation, I was also informed that my quoted price was more than likely going to increase. I asked the representative for advice because I didn't want to be stuck, he said I needed to open my availability window but didn't want to guarantee anything. I asked how confident was he that they were going to be able to get my car picked up and delivered on time, he was not going to make any commitments. So now I was forced into finding another transportation broker and need to cancel my reservation with Airryd. They are refusing to refund my $89 deposit because they "already put time and work" into my reservation....I am very disappointed, my advice is to be very careful about contacting with this company

    I used airRyd to move four cars from ********** to Georgia and their prices and communication is fine. The last car was transported by MJ Transportation. They lost the rear window in transport somehow and it's a 45 year old car so finding it was hard to do. My insurance deductible is too high to claim.The driver, ***************************************, begged me not to make a claim but that he would pay for it once I had it replaced. He promised that several times before I quit trying to communicate with him because he stopped answering the phone. I called airRyd several times and they disuaded me from making a claim. The actual trucking company, MJ Transportation also promised to pay and never did. AirRyde would not give me the insurance company name no matter how many times I asked for it. They literally told me "that's the problem with this business. Everyone promises and lies and then they change names." I reminded them their website actually says they will be happy to give the insurance information but for some reason they don't. I don't know what or who they're protecting. They actually promised to just refund their profit, $89. ....which, you guessed it, they never did. I think the ****** is have your car transported at your own risk. It's a c*** shoot.

    Sir, we have explained numerous times, the transporter is NOT responsible for a dysfunctional vehicle with broken parts, un-secured windows, and etc. You shipped a vehicle that was NOT transport worthy. It is not the responsibility of the transporter to secure fenders, windshields, bumpers, and etc to your vehicle. If you ship a car that is not transport worthy, with missing or un-secured parts, then yes you do so at your own risk. We have never one time heard or seen of a rear glass flying out of the back of a car, not in ****** plus transports. So the ****** is, don't put cars on trailers that cannot withstand the basic wind on the highway and G forces when going around turns.
