Absolutely horrendous. Bought a 2017 kia ****** for **** was told no issues when test drove nothing seemed off so continued with the purchase. First they said they do not take card and wanted to be sent through via venmo. After driving it for 20 minutes the tire pressure light came on went and got it checked out about a week after my Cv axle in the left front was completely broken and had been for at least 6 months. Then later found that my back left wheel was so messed up they couldnt even replace tire due to a lug nut being glued to the hub cap and one being sheared off in my hub cap. ***** and ******* then refused to pay for the issues and refused to take the car back and return the money. 1300$ later. Never trust these people. Scam artists. ***** said we could have had her mechanic fix it and pay them less for it. The mechanic that supposedly checked everything and saw no issues. I could not drive it to there mechanic even if i wanted too it was deemed unsafe to drive. She had me drive it 2 hours home and a tire that could have popped off at anytime. They where also fully aware that i was a ********************************************* home with a busted and unsafe car. When trying to speak with ***** about all this she dodged every call and then hung up and said it was on me for buying a used car. ******* also told me i had no recourse. Absolutely do not waste your money here.
