The transition started Wednesday of last week. I was told it would take two days to complete the work. I as the customer had to keep calling regarding updates on whats going on. I made a complaint with a manager regarding the lack of communication and I was told it would get better. Then last Thursday, Sept 18th I did not hear anything about the house and I called for an update and at that point is when they told me they were coming back out on Friday. Which the job was suppose to be completed on Thursday and I had other workers coming on Friday for a different job. So they went back to my house that Friday more without communicating of getting items they left in the house and I was told they would complete Monday, September 19th then when I call again for an update, I was told they need half of today Sept 20th to finish. Which was not originally agreed upon. Then they leave my home with no directions or a call on how to work the thermostat or anything and I had working in a hot house. Call customer service and they stated they could not help me because they were not a technician and they could come out another today!! This is crazy how they are conducting business. No communication or updates is totally unacceptable!!
