We purchased 2 sheds from Weather King. One was delivered at the end of November (the larger one) and paid in full. The smaller one was delivered December 5th and we are making payments on that one. The smaller one we noticed immediately had a broken beam on the inside. The delivery driver noted it in the paperwork and we signed and were told a work order would be put in. We have yet to hear from anyone on when this will be taken care of. We have called NUMEROUS times and was told today (the 29th) the work order was put in yesterday and it can take weeks to have someone come out. We can't use the shed for storage until it is fixed. Our larger shed has major leaks - water is getting in near the door and on the opposite wall completely. It isnt a small leak whatsoever. We obviously can't store anything in it until it gets corrected as well. Weve been getting the run around from every single person we have called. Weather King says they aren't responsible because they are just the brokers. Then we have to deal with one company for the smaller shed since we still have to make payments but nobody will come out. Then we deal with another company for the larger shed since we paid that in full and still nothing. This is beyond frustrating and we want answers! We want to use these sheds we have waited months to receive.
