Goettls is professional and courteous. They solved an issue that 2 other HVAC companies and 2 independent contractors missed; I will be using Goettls for all future HVAC needs. Not only is their staff and techs amazing, they are transparent about their work and pricing. Thank you for taking care of my parents heating needs and treating them like family!

Was given a quote for $4,700 to replace a 40 gallon electric water heater. This was for my 80 year old mother-in-law. Luckily I was on the phone and told them the quote was ridiculous. Was told the water heater was special order, which was a lie. A replacement water heater of the same quality could be purchased at a local big box store for $519. They may have needed at most $100 in parts, so they were going to charge over $4,000 for what likely would have been 2hrs of labor. $2,000/hr is extremely dishonest. They were trying to take advantage of a little old lady. I agree with **** **** review that this is elder abuse and outright theft.

I purchased a new Heating and AC System from ******** in 2017. In 2022/23 the Technician that came out to my home to conduct bi-annual service stated that my system had inadaquate intake airflow and stated that it would cost another couple thousand dollars to enlarge my in home air intake vents opening. Contacted the Company numerous times to inquire why my home's air intake capacity wasn't considered with the initial system installation in 2017, and got no response. In another interaction, I inquired about the installation of a Soft Start Device and saw on the Tech's Laptop showed the product and installation price of the unit was $370. But when ******** Admin contacted me, the price for to install jumped to $670. Finally saw today that ******** tried to tap my Credit Card for another year of bi-annual maintenance service. Customer Rep stated that in the fine print when I signed the acknowledgement of completion for my last maintenance service on the Tech's Laptop, she stated that I also signed up for auto renew. ????When I mentioned to the Cus Serv Rep they do a bad job of contacting the Customer to schedule bi-annual maintenance appointments, I was told that it is the Customer's Responsibilty to reach out and schedule bi-annual maintenance. ???? I was initially very satisfied with ********, but the company has become too difficult, too expensive, and too frustrating to deal with.

Goettls high desert installed my HVAC. The first year when we were trying to turn on AC. No cooling!! They came fixed the mis-wire when they did the installation. The 2nd year AC again was not cooling. Called ****** to come check. The technician called us to replace a motor, Labor cost almost $1400. No writing statement just the flat fee $1400. I got another Independent contractor to check the unit, The contract contractor told me the units installed backwards. It is against wall, no access for the repair. ******* sent Technician to look, He admitted The installation was wrong. But the management is still making us waiting in the middle of summer heat day after day. I was told they will take another look 5 days later. The first Technician Took a lot of pictures of the installation. They knew the installation was wrong. Still, they dont commit to fix. The unit is still under 2 year workmanship warrenty by state law.

I was charged $4000,00 to replace a water heater by ****** High Desert Mechanical on 2/1/24. I told them it was too high but with everything apart and no water i didn't know what else to do but ok it. I am almost 80 yrs old and a widow so I was between a rock and a hard place. I called YCCA after receiving the invoice and seeing I was charged $462.00 for a 24" drip pan which is only less than $25 at *********** I was told the going rate was $1800.00 to $2300.00 for a replacement. Not only do I feel this was price gouging but also elder abuse by taking advantage of my situation. I feel I deserve a refund for the difference. Please help me.******************* ********************************************************
