    They sold a car to me with underneath damage and when I went back to the dealership to speak with the sales person he refused to fix the problem and I didn't even have the car 45 days it's not ok for this dealership to treat consumers this way what can be done about this vthank you ****** *********

    This is not correct!  When she came back, she explained she hit something in the front end causing the bumper to become loose and several parts missing, again due to her hitting something, she readily admitted to causing the damage!  

    So she explained to our Manager what happened and demanded we pay for it!!  She had put zip ties on the bumper to try and hold it in place!  

    We would never sell a vehicle with the bumper falling off and parts missing!!  

    We have records to show the condition of the vehicle when sold...the service center we sent it to would have noticed any damage.  Our manager indicated we would not  pay for her damage but would secure some better pricing for her to repair her car.  

    She also complained about the brakes and although they were in good condition, we paid to have the rotors resurfaced!!

    All she wants is $400 but we are not paying for the repair!  we DID NOT SELL HER THE CAR DAMAGED!  AGAIN SHE ADMITTED TO HITTING SOMETHING THAT CAUSED THE DAMAGE!
