I purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership on March 14, 2025. Dealer represented the vehicle as having been thoroughly inspected and provided paperwork to that effect. On March 15, 2025, the vehicle showed constant dash light for stability control on highway near ************, **. I called dealer and waited on side of road for 1 hour. No return call so I called warranty company they provided with purchase. As I was over 60 miles from where I purchased, I was advised to go to closest Jeep dealer in *********, ** in order to be covered. I took Jeep home to ************ and made appt at ******* Jeep ********* for Monday, March 24. Still no return call from Automobile Consulting Services. ******* presented me with estimate for $4,400 with $1,500 max credit from warranty. I called Automobile Consulting Services again. They called back and I provided all info on Problem INCLUDING ********* opinion that the front suspension had been UNSAFE and vehicle could not be driven anywhere. Automobile Consulting Services demanded we bring Jeep back to them over 90 miles away or they would not pay for repairs. I paid for repairs in order to get Jeep safely back on road. I had no choice. They refuse to reimburse me.

The business has no intention of resolving this issue. I have tried many times to speak with them about it. Being out of town is simply an excuse.

We sold, on March 15 a 2017 Jeep Wrangler wth low miles and well maintained.  The Carfax was  highlightied indicating a  good maintenance record..  This vehicle was previously owned by an elderly couple..As we do with ALL vehicles that are traded in, we immediately take the vehicle to service. We have done this for 31 years!  We provide, at our cost, a 3 month/3000 mile warranty which covers up to $1500 worth of repairs. The customer test drove the vehicle and indicated they were very happy with it.  We had many customers that wanted that vehicle but could not qualify for a loan. The customer was concerned about for larger tires and lift kit which made it a bit difficult for his wife to get into the vehicle. We gave them a substantial discount to obtain smaller tires, at dealer cost...so they went from 37" tires down to 35".  After the tires were installed at Tire Pros in *************, they comented on how nice the vehicle drove. On April 18th we received a call from the customer indicating the traction control light was on and that they would bring it back to us for review. The customer never showed up!  We encouraged them to bring it back to us as they now indicated it was like the Jeep was falling apart!  They complained that we never called them back and simply went to ******* Jeep in ******. We were then told that ******* wanted $5000 to fix the jeep!! We encouraged them to get a diagnosis...and let us know whats wrong.  Nothing like that happed here!!  Bear in mind, we hadn't heard from them since the 18th! on the 24th  at that time the customer wanted us to pay the $5000 bill!!

Alll of a sudden, ******* indicated all this was due to worn parts!! The customer blamed our mechanic for not catching the worn parts, well since the vehicle drove fine here there would be no need to look for worn parts.  Additionally ******* indicated all of this is due to worn parts, but we had several other mechanics look at the billing from ******* and indicated that the Eletronic Stabiizer Module  light came on due to the fact the customer bought new tires but didn't have the suspension adjusted to fit that change!!  That would cause issues with the drivabilty. In addition to the fact that no codes showed that there were issues with "worn parts".  The Stabilizer Module does not measure parts!  only suspension...which went it was noted that the customer had new tires installed but didn't adjust the suspension, they knew right away what made the light to go on in the Module.  Plus an alignment is needeThe customer has indicated that we should pay him, first it was $2500, then $1800 now $2900!!  This outrageous, we didn't cause the problem.  I have attached some estimates on what that repair should have cost.. Apparently ******* convinced the customer to say its all due to worn parts and went ahead and charged th customer over $5000.  We implored the customer to bring the vehicle to so we could review the issue but he wants us to pay!!  He also indicated that the warranty wouldn't pay to tow his vehicle back to us!  Thats odd when the warranty covers up to 150 miles We should have been given a chance to review the issue..but the customer indicated there was nothing in our contract that indicated he needed to bring it back to us!!  2 estimates for the same repair that ******* charged him for..had he brought it back to **, he would not have paid any money out of pocket as the warranty would have **********.  H&S Automotive $903,  Bullhead City tire Pros, $1885

We test drove the vehicle at 25 MPH due to the fact that the extreme 37" specialized sand tires would not allow a faster speed.  We stated we could not buy the vehicle as the tires could not be driven on the road.  The dealer offered to replace the tires to 35" all terrain for a discount and we headed home to ************ to think it over.  On the 90 mile ride home, the dealer called with a slightly lower price and we agreed to buy the Jeep with the new discounted tires. The dealer took the vehicle to the tire store for us.  We returned the next day to pick up the Jeep.  We paid cash for the vehicle. We decided to stay overnight in ******** only 8 miles away and go to the Nevada DMV there the following day as no appointments are needed to register.  Drove home the next day.  Approximately 70 miles away from dealership, the Jeep dash light came on for Stability Control.  We pulled over and attempted to troubleshoot with owner's manual and called the dealer to leave a message about the problem.  The light remained on but we were told by the warranty company it would be several hours for a tow as we were in the middle of the desert.  We drove the car at 25 MPH on the shoulder the rest of the way home (about 23 miles).  I made an appointment at a nearby dealer per the warranty company for the following week.  No word from Automobile Consulting Services so we proceeded to have the vehicle repaired at ******* Jeep *********, ***  WE HAVE VIDEO AND PHOTOS OF THE WORN SUSPENSION PARTS provided by *******.  We also HAVE THE OLD PARTS stored at home. We sent both the videos and pictures to Automobile Consulting Services.  The ******* service supervisor offered to discuss the case with them and we provided ample opportunity for all parties to discuss the matter prior to repairs but representatives of Automobile Consulting Services resisted and denied responsibility instead of trying to resolve the matter.  We paid $2,571.96 balance due.
