            VMEdu, Inc. has been making a monthly recurring charge to my **************** card since November 26, 2020. It was in the last several months I realized there was a charge being made which I never authorized. **************** can only resolve dispute from October ***** to May 2021. I never subscribed to anything with this company. I have called them twice and was told someone would "return the call" yet noon ever has returned the call. My most recent call was today speaking with ************ I have also emailed them via their support without resolution and any proof given by them I set up a recurring charge. I only made a one time purchase for $75 for reading materials. They set up recurring charges unauthorized by me to my **************** Account. I want a full refund all the way back to November 26th of the $35 per month charges and want to make sure if someone researches this company they are alerted to their unethical business practices.

            I received my scrum master certification from this company, who I thought was good for it. I should have checked BBB first. They have been fraudulently charging my credit car for my "free subscription" that they do not tell you is no longer free after the first 1/2 months. When I contacted them for a response, they have an operator taking messages only.Rip off. do NOT recommend.

            ?A review of our records shows that you had enrolled in our Scrum Master Certification course on 07 Aug 2021. As part of? ??the enrollment, a subscription profile was created allowing you to access the online course? (free until 09 Oct 2021)? and prepare for the exam.The terms and conditions are mentioned on our website and in the email sent to you after the payment. The clause says- "??The certification exam is valid for six months. Every certification includes a free online preparatory course valid for two months which will renew at $35 per month (can be canceled any time)". Students who wish you to continue accessing the course after the second month, pay the renewal fee. We have refunded the renewal fee to students who missed to cancel the subscription but informed us within seven days of the renewal fee payment.? However, we did not get any correspondence ?from you ?until Feb 7, 2022, to cancel the subscription. We have now canceled the subscription from your profile as requested.
