      Melissa C., Valorebook's Senior Customer Service Agent, was superb in facilitating contact with the original seller ************** and obtaining the information I needed to determine the status of the initial order I had placed with **************, which was "lost" in the mail, and then to obtain the tracking information from Nataraj *****, to whom the original seller reached out to fulfill my replacement order and whose service was excellent. Melissa's prompt replies to my queries and professionalism were very much appreciated.

      I love this site, I have had great service with this site. All the books that I had ordered have been in great condition, this is my go to site for books. Most of my books have not been used, and are new, one books had a few folded pages, but the book was brand new and it was a $39.00 book, that I was purchasing for 2.00, you can't bet that. I will be with this site for every.

      Valore Books has great customer service! Unfortunately, my ordered wasn't delivered even though it was marked shipped. After Valore customer service department contacted the third party seller my issue was completed in less than 24 hours! I received a full refund because my book was lost during transit. I will remain a customer due to their quick response to my concern.

      I bought a book from Valore books and the order was to be fulfilled by a third party reseller. The book did not come, even though the reseller stated that it had shipped. The reseller was unresponsive, so I contacted Valore (Melissa), who contacted the reseller on my behalf and had the purchase amount refunded to my card. I guess the reseller was not being completely honest, as the book never did arrive making me believe it never was shipped. Valore did a good job, but should maybe be more choosy about who they partner with.
