      Excellent experience with Wal-Mart Distribution Center. The staff is professional, processes are smooth, and deliveries are always on time. Highly recommend their services.

      Store: Walmart Supercenter #1117 – 6001 N Central Expy, Plano TX
      On Black Friday I ordered two tires through Walmart online for installation at this store. They were supposed to arrive by December 2nd, but the delivery was repeatedly delayed. I contacted Walmart online support numerous times and was told the tires were already at the store and ready for pickup.
      I drove to the store twice, and employees confirmed the tires were not there. NTW (the shipping company) shared a tracking number indicating they had arrived, but Walmart employees were unable to locate them.
      Two online agents, JayJay and Anuska, insisted the tires were in the store or already picked up. When I questioned the conflicting information, the tone from Anuska became unprofessional, including messages with exclamation points such as “Have you picked them up or not!”
      After speaking with Wade in fulfillment, he acknowledged the tires may have been lost in transit, which aligned with the evidence.
      After over an hour and a half attempting to resolve the matter, I received an email saying the order was CANCELLED, without explanation.
      This experience involved:
      misleading information
      wasted time and travel
      unprofessional communication
      unresolved product delivery
      I am requesting that Walmart:
      confirm a full refund
      investigate the mishandling of my order
      review employee communication standards
      This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with Walmart.

      Walmart Meridian ms, price at register higher than advertised shelf price and they won't honor it, this is stealing and there should be consequences for this instead of the customer suffering loss, because if it weren't for customers there would be no need for store. REMOVED

      I was looking for a pair of heated gloves from Walmart.com and for my search clicked "available" and was given 13 pages of supposedly available products. I went through at 40 and none were available. The last one finally said available and I clicked add to cart. When I went to check out "item not available"

      Place is horrible. Online Walmart plus orders are never done correctly or on time. There is no way to connect to anyone about order issues, and no one speaks a lick of English.

      I am submitting this complaint due to Walmart’s handling of a pre-order that was placed well in advance and then cancelled after the item’s official release.
      My daughter has loved Care Bears for as long as I can remember. For her second birthday, when Care Bears were not being sold in stores, we bought used bears at yard sales so she could have them. As the years went on and Care Bears came back into popularity, we always joked that they came back because of her. Now she’s becoming a teenager and slowly leaving behind pieces of her childhood.
      Recently, she has become enthralled with Stranger Things. When I learned that Care Bears was doing a Stranger Things collab, I was excited to surprise her with one for Christmas — a perfect blend of who she was and who she is becoming.
      My husband placed a pre-order through Walmart.com on November 6, 2025, well ahead of the listed release date of December 12, 2025. I eagerly watched for these bears to arrive in stores and was thrilled when I saw them in my local Walmart in Taylors, South Carolina on December 6, 2025. I even called my oldest daughter to show her, only to be reminded that my husband had already ordered some online.
      Then, on December 14, 2025 — two days AFTER the official release date — Walmart.com cancelled our pre-order.
      At this point, the item is no longer available in stores and can now only be purchased through Walmart.com third-party sellers at inflated prices, with delivery dates that will not arrive by Christmas.
      I am angry. I am upset. And I am heartbroken.
      Walmart accepted our order, allowed us to believe the item was secured, and then cancelled after release — when replacement options were no longer available. This feels incredibly unfair.
      This was not just a toy. It was a meaningful way to give my daughter a piece of her childhood back for Christmas — and because of Walmart’s failure to honor a valid pre-order, that opportunity is gone.

      I am writing to formally complain about a recent Walmart+ order and how the situation was handled from start to finish. I placed an order for delivery from my local Walmart store. After checkout, I was informed the item was not available for delivery and could only be shipped. I did not want the item shipped b/c I needed it urgently and could not risk a delayed arrival, so I canceled the order.
      Despite the cancellation, Walmart placed an authorization hold on my card, immediately removing the funds from my available balance. I was repeatedly told this was “my bank’s issue,” even though the hold originated from a Walmart transaction b/c Walmart authorized the charge before verifying availability, my funds became unavailable and I was unable to reorder the item, purchase it from another store, or buy it in person elsewhere. I was left with no item and no access to my money. What made this worse was the lack of accountability. I was told Walmart could not release the hold, that I had to wait up to 10 business days, and that my only option was to place another order even though I no longer had access to the funds to do so. Offering a $10 promo code does not resolve the core issue, which is that Walmart’s system authorizes charges before confirming inventory.
      This experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and prevented a timely resolution. As a Walmart+ member, this is extremely disappointing. Customers should not lose access to their funds due to inaccurate inventory information.
      At minimum, I expect a clear explanation of why authorization holds are placed before stock is confirmed, accountability from Walmart rather than deflection to my bank, and consideration for compensation beyond a promo code.
      Due to ongoing issues I consistently experience with this company, I will be discontinuing my business with Walmart, including canceling my Walmart+ membership. I no longer feel confident relying on Walmart for timely purchases or accurate order processing.

      I have recently purchased a 85 inch smart tv on Black Friday 11/28/25 and got it home and it had a green screen, I have recently took it back and was told I would half to pay full price because the sale is over. Walmart in Union, Missouri said their merchandise was different when it’s a Black Friday sale. So they sold us a broken tv and we couldn’t replace it with another and gave me 2 Walmart gift cards for the sale price.

      I bought a tv and it didn't work. I send it back on Nov. 22, 2025, and they received it on Nov.25 2025.I paid 251.22 and Wal-Mart STILL WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I have called customer service several times and each time I am told that my credit card will be credited in 24 hours. Today is Dec.15 2025 and I still don't have my money back.
