I hope you are having a good week.
This is very disappointing as the wrong order for G. REMOVEDwas delivered to my home, I was charged for both the wrong order and the order I was required to re-submit to have fulfilled correctly and I spent 40 minutes waiting on hold for a supervisor with which to discuss the situation. The supervisor told me that the refund was requested but did not indicate that it would not be given and I re-submitted the order based on this information. I have pictures of the incorrectly delivered items. I would expect better service and accommodations from Walmart.

On October 9, 2025 I purchased (2) bunk beds at the total price of $239.80. The money was taken from my Mastercard on October 10,2025. After a month delay in shipping my package stated it was delivered on November 12, 2025. However the package was not delivered. Per their website I was instructed to wait for 24-48 hours to file a claim. On Nov 13,2025 I sent an email to the seller as well as spoke with a Walmart representative via chat. I was told to wait 48 hours to hear back from the seller otherwise Walmart would begin to process the refund. On November 18, I reached back out via chat. And was told to wait 10 days for an email from Walmart to complete the refund. After still not receiving the email I reached out again today where I was told to contact my bank. I have included all of the information I have. I just want my money back for my kids Christmas gifts.

I purchased a car battery online from Walmart.com. Per the product purchase, I was charged $12 core charge fee. The product description specifically states: Core fees will be refunded to a gift card on all battery purchases placed at walmart.com.
I took the 40+ pound battery (my used battery) back to the store for my core fee return refund. I went to the Customer Service desk and waited in line for over 30 minutes only to be told I needed to go to the Automotive Center to return the used battery. OK, I then headed to the Automotive Dept. Once I carried again my 40+ pound battery all the way across the store to that department, the customer service rep there told me they are not able to issue the gift card there, but I could leave the battery there and then call customer service. I did that and then called customer service. After spending one hour on the phone trying to get my $12 core charge refund, the customer service rep on the phone stated they would issue a credit to my original payment method. So far, nothing. I then chatted with walmart.com and was told they would send me an email with the details and issue me a gift card. This is over a week old and I have received no communication from Walmart.

Receive the following message when trying to log into www.walmart.com:

No email ever sent, nothing in spam. Multiple attempts, no email.
Can't chat with customer support because it requires a successful login.
Called customer support, AI agent answers and will tell you that if you do not receive an email your account cannot be recovered.
Second call to customer support, demanding a person, the agent ignores and tries to lead down same path again. Only after getting angry with the agent do I get transferred.
Customer support person, answers, says they cannot resolve, tells me they escalated it, and gives me a corporate number to call.
The corporate number turns out is not a Walmart number. I have been lied to, and I believe no escalation was ever performed.
I send a detailed email to [email protected] regarding this, since I have no avenue for resolution. I also take my business elsewhere, since I cannot use my account anymore.

I'm unfortunately filing this BBB Complaint today against Walmart, due to the fact that for the second time in little over a month someone used my Walmart account to order something! THIS WAS NOT ME! Someone at midnight today ( 12-10-2025 ), at 12:14 am, try to order Star Wars light sabers from a place called TY Toys! I was a sleep at this exact time and moment, I didn't even know that someone was ordering this, till I got up this morning and saw the e - mails from 12:14 am! Thank God, Walmart system automatically flagged this order and stop it! Hell, I'm not even a fan of Star Wars! So, I would definitely not be ordering this at all whatsoever! I'm Star Trek fan! This is second time this has happened to me! I believe this is a inside job! I don't want to hear, well someone may have access to your Walmart account, let me be crystal clear - NOT 1 PERSON HAS ACCESS TO MY WALMART ACCOUNT BESIDES ME! I'm asking Walmart to open an investigation and find out how this happening and who maybe doing this! I changed my password to a much stronger 1 the first time this happened to me, when somebody try to purchase a $250 form mattress off of my Walmart account a little over a month ago! Now, I had to changed my password today for a second time! I also removed my main payment method from my Walmart account! Walmart needs to seriously investigate and look into this! I DON'T WANT TO HEAR ANY EXCUSES! I WANT TO HEAR AND SEE SOME ACTIONS!

After a thorough review, we would like to clarify that there was no report of a data breach at the time of the order placed on the account.Upon receiving REMOVED's complaint, we conducted a detailed review of the account and order history. We have advised that the best course of action is to report the unauthorized activity to their financial institution. This step allows the financial institution to review any additional unauthorized charges. As per the guidance provided by our legal and fraud teams, we also recommend the following actions:

Placed an oder on Walmart.com whereby item selected for shipping. Notified that the item (AirPods) would be delivered free from store. Received email on 11/20 that delivery is delayed and will notify me of new date/time. No other communication until an email received saying that item was delivered at 11:20pm on 11/20. I was home and awake at that time so went to door and no package. Checked surveillance camera video and no vehicles/person ever came to my house. My dogs never barked and only 1 minute elapsed between the alleged delivery and me checking for same. Called Walmart next morning on 11/21. The rep reviewed all and agreed that the delivery person did not report proper tracking of the item and never provided any photos of the location of the purported delivery. Was told I’d get an email for processing of my refund. No email ever came. Called cust svs again on 11/28 and was told there was computer glitch but will have all expedited in 48hours. Again, no response or refund. Called a third time on 12/4 and was escalated to a dedicated supervisor line. At first was told they can process refund that day and after being put on hold several times, then said sorry this has to be reviewed/approved by another dept. but reassured would be dome within 2 business days. So now it is business day 4 with no response about my refund. Ironically I used a Walmart gift card as the majority form of payment which could have easily been replenished by Walmart. Still nothing and was instructed by their Supervisor that I could dispute the charge with my bank? She obviously did not listen to anything I was saying. This is now beyond reasonable for Walmart to process a refund on an item I never received. This is pure theft from me on part of Walmart.

i purchased a leaf sweeper that was delivered to me on 11-15-2025. Within a few days I assembled the unit and not at all satisfied with the job it did, it may defective I'm not sure. I did a return request and the options offered were to return it to a store or via FedEx. I have no way to return to a store, it is a large, heavy item over 100# and to assemble requires destroying the carton it came in so taking the item apart and putting back in the box isn't an option. I contacted their Customer Service with the issue and was informed it wasn't a problem, they would send a freight company to get it. After waiting a week I contacted them again and this time, they sent FedEx, who of course, can not pick it up. I AGAIN called and spoke to a Supervisor named Muhammed who kept me on the phone for 45 minutes getting all of my information, and ASSURED me the freight company would contact me to pick it up within 5 business days, which did not happen. AGAIN I called on Friday December 5th, and spoke to a representative named Marlo at 10:30 AM Eastern time who ASSURED me the item would be picked up ON Monday, Dec 8, and if it wasn't picked up, I would be issued a full refund. The item was not picked up, so I called Customer Service AGAIN on Tues Dec 9, and spent another 45 minutes on the phone explaining that I had been told I would be issued a refund if it wasn't picked upon 12-8. I was told I would NOT be issued a refund, and again was told a freight company would be dispatched to pic the item up. I have absolutely no confidence this will happen. I have spent at least 2 1/2 hours on the phone trying to resolve this.

I have tried for hrs. to get help from a us rep. with Walmart i have talked to many call center people with no help given. Then i got online and tried to get a us rep. with no luck so I chatted with a person online wasn't getting anywhere they couldn't even find the orders the refunded the wrung order which didn't make sence seeing i was trying to cancel order dur to them lying about the items be shipped and on the way. Finally they found the orders i was talking about and one shows being canceled but they said they canceled all 3 but the other 2 still shows up The issue is they show on the way but if you hit tracking they haven't been shipped out only a label made and one is showing to be delivered today Walmart needs to cancel them NOW AND DROP THEM BECUSE LYIMG ABOUT ITEMS IS ILLIGLE AND FALSE ADVERTIZING THEY ARE SHIPPED IS WRONG ALSO THE 3 HRS I SPENT TRYING TO JUST TALK TO A US. Rep, is very wrong I should be able to ask for a US .Rep. and then be transferred to them

On or about 11-25-25 I made a purchase on Walmart.com. The purchase was shipped out in two separate shipments! I have specific delivery instructions for the delivery to “never leave any package outside or on ground without first notifying recipient by ringing doorbell or calling”. These instructions were not followed and my package was just left on porch and I did not receive the package! Walmart refuses to refund me for this purchase although I did not receive this package due to no fault of my own! I want and need my money refunded!

Upon receiving his complaint, we conducted a thorough review of his account and order history. We can confirm that Mr. REMOVEDwas refunded for the item within order #6321 in the amount of $74.95 on December 8th.
Additionally, we have assured Mr. REMOVEDthat delivery instructions provided within a Walmart account are not shared with any carrier outside of Spark. To address his concerns further, we have recommended that Mr. REMOVEDreach out directly to FedEx to establish an account, which would allow him to provide specific delivery instructions directly to their carriers.
At this time, we believe this matter has been resolved and consider it closed.
