      I give zero stars. I bought a $1300 ebike with insurance and it came broken. No return just playing games for over a week. I also had 2 credit cards information taken from Walmart and used at another Walmart across the country. They said they would refund and now they are putting me on hold then hanging up on me.

      I have purchased with Walmart delivery for yrs and I have my orders delivered because my car is not working and I ordered two orders in one day and never received my order and where I live all the deliver drivers tell have to contact me to access my gate and called Walmart for almost two weeks and each rep says something different like your refund is going to process in 24 to 48 hours and here it is almost two weeks calling and they tell me it was delivered but won’t show proof of delivering when all my other orders show a photo when delivered. I ordered with my snap. I hate that this store is the only delivery in my error cause they don’t care taking from children’s mouth and hire anyone to delivery customers items and have no remorse when the customer is stuck out with out a order they placed .

      For the third time this year, I put in an online order with walmart for delivery. It was a large $300 plus order, and I made the delivery for 5 hours after i put the order in, because I was informed last time that uber drivers do not deliver if you do a more than 3 hours after order. I was lied to. My order was set to be at my house between 4-6 PM. At 5:40 I got a text stating that my order was delayed. I called the store to which I was told that none of the drivers had picked up my order to be delivered and that they would push it through the system again, for someone to deliver. However, I was then told that it would only be delivered if a driver decided to take my order, if they didn’t, they would push it through the system again at 7 AM the next day. I am quite confused as to how you offer a service, yet can’t guarantee that I will actually get my order. I just had surgery and driving in a vehicle is not possible, and I was in need of items to keep my house going, and they failed to deliver. I will NEVER use walmart for anything again and I really hope and pray everyone see’s my complaint and chooses to not shop here either. They are over priced, they are raising the prices of items that arent even being affected by tarrifs and they are nothing but liars. Walmart, do better.

      I am absolutely disgusted with Walmart delivery in Salem, Oregon! For years I drove to the Walmart Superstore at 97301 for Order Pick-Up, but recently sold my car so I ordered some items for Delivery. They were delivered to some other address that I could not identify. I got a refund and a $10 certificate for a future order. Using that cert, I ordered the same 3 items, this time for Shipping thinking Delivery hadn't worked. This order was also delivered to the wrong place; again I did not recognize the doorway. I got a refund. The third time I ordered, I figured I'd try Shipping again (Remember, I no longer have a car) and this third order was ALSO delivered to the wrong place and I got a refund. No credit certificates for the second and third orders, but full refunds. What a perfectly awful screwed up delivery on these 3 simple items. Perhaps Walmart should train its delivery people to actually read instructions. NO MORE ORDERING FROM WALMART. EVER.

      To Whom It May Concern,
      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Walmart regarding a confirmed and paid order that was unilaterally canceled without consent. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this through Walmart’s customer service, I have been misled, denied support, and ultimately told that no one at corporate could help me.
      On May 29, 2025, I ordered two 10,000 BTU AC units from Walmart.com, priced at $46.39 each. The order was confirmed and marked for shipping. I received all relevant tracking and confirmation details. However, the order was later canceled without my permission, despite clear communication from me asking them not to do so.
      Afterward, I received conflicting messages, including a false confirmation stating the items would ship. When I followed up, I was repeatedly stonewalled and offered small compensations, which I declined, as I simply wanted the products I had paid for. I escalated through all available channels and was ultimately told the issue could not be resolved.
      This is a breach of customer trust, a potential violation of e-commerce laws, and a failure of corporate accountability. Walmart processed the payment, confirmed the order, and then canceled it without honoring their own transaction.
      I am requesting a formal review and appropriate resolution: either fulfill the original order or offer an equivalent and fair alternative.
      If not resolved, I intend to escalate this through consumer protection agencies, the BBB, the FTC, and public platforms.

      I ordered a lawnmower in October 2024 and it stopped running after 4 months and now they are refusing to refund the $400.00, I just want my money back.

      Horrible experience at the Auto center. I received an Oil Change today. As I arrived; there was no current body issue with my vehicle . As I proceeded to leave and get on the expressway; I started to hear a rattling noise. As I exited the expressway to my location in Atlanta 40 minutes away from Conyers. I pulled over and realized that there’s a plastic piece hanging from the bottom of my vehicle. I immediately call the Auto Center to inform them that the mechanic must’ve forgotten to place the piece back up on the vehicle. The associate then advised me to return to the location; as they may
      Not have the piece to replace, yet they’ll take a look at it. I then drove back 40 minutes to arrive and let them advise me that they did not dismantle the piece that was hanging from the car. I am POSITIVE that the technician did not secure the piece; as they did not hold themselves accountable for dismantling my car. Please be AWARE…I did not receive any Customer Service for my inconvenience nor did they hold themselves accountable…Horrible Experience!!!!

      We were profiled at this location. After checking out through the regular checkout (not self checkout) my wife , daughter and 3 mixed race grandchildren were stopped by security. Made them open every bag even though they just checked out at the register with a walmart employee. He couldn't see an item on the receipt, got irritated and accusatory. Made my wife find the items on the receipt, my wife said this is a bunch of crap, he said we can be here all day if need be, or we can go back to the security and handle it there. My wife said bring security, he then handed back the receipt and rude said you can leave now. I went in to complain and I was extremely upset as anyone should be, their night manager a little kid was backing his employee, said he had every right while smiling at me the whole time. I called and complained to corporate which took me awhile to get because they didn't want to give my the #. Of couse no communication from either the store manager nor corporate since to explain how it was resolved. I called to the store today and they try to give me a fake district manager. These people are but they should not be in their positions. The profiling in my opinion is racist, since there was no reason to stop them in the first place. I cant believe this is where we are today and still being condoned, especially by the store manager who hired these people. All i want is an apology given to my family in person so my grandkids know its not ok to treat people like that, but no one reaches out, they dont care. He had every chance to be professional but, instead he wanted to exude his perceived authority on a couple of ladies and children. We spent hundreds a week there but they consider us trash. I cancelled my walmart plus and will be contacting everyone I can until something is done. My wife suffers from extreme anxiety, when her and the babies came out to the parking lot they were in tears and she was having a panic attack. Kingsport TN Supercenter

      I’m a Spark Driver working through DDI. On July 14, an order got stuck on my account after I tapped “Start Order.” Since then, I’ve been unable to accept any new orders for 4 full days.
      I contacted support many times — they keep saying it’s escalated, but nothing has been resolved and no one follows up. Some chat sessions were even closed without helping me.
      I’ve lost multiple days of income, and the issue is still not fixed.
      I’m requesting:
      1. Immediate resolution of the issue
      2. Confirmation that my rating won’t be affected
      3. Compensation for lost earnings
