    I'm disabled and my trash is carried at least 300 feet from my house. Our trash pickup was five days late and no one was available for a phone call the entire time. When they finally answered the phone on Wednesday I was spoken to with haste and disrespect by an employee who could not provide any type of response or excuse for the delay. Additionally I was told to put my trash out again today and it MIGHT get picked up. I have never paid a bill late in fact I always pay early and I don't deserve to be treated like this. I have to take extra trips by vehicle to carry out trash because of the delay last week. Something has to be done and the company must provide the customer a communication line to explain why they are not working the schedule they put us on.

    Deans is the best in Jonesboro for small business pick-ups! We have a flooring store and their rates and dependability is great!!
