    I signed up with Dedman's Sanitation to service my trash pickup from my home. They are the only company that offers service to where I live. I pay $20.00 per month, billed quarterly at $60.00 for them to collect my trash every week on Wednesday. They have skipped or forgotten me 14 times this year. I have called to complain. I have called to get information on why I am being skipped. I have called to escalate my issue higher than that of the lady that answers my phone. NOTHING ever gets done about it. I will get an excuse of a car was blocking my drive, when there were none. I will get that my road is too muddy to get down, when it is a gravel road in better shape than others around it. I have witnessed on several occasion the truck just drive by my road. I have been told that the driver just forgot. This is unacceptable. One or two times a year, I can possibly understand. 14 times constitutes gross negligence, incompetence, and lack of caring to resolve the issue. The last phone call I had was 11/06/2024. The office admin lady called the driver after I watched them drive by. We were both on the phone with her when he said that if I could move my receptacle to the highway, he would never forget to get it again. This comment alone shows that the driver does not want to take the 3/8 mile trip down my road to pick up my trash. The previous week, after the trash was not picked up, I was told that the driver told the office staff that I had a vehicle blocking my drive. I checked my cameras, and there was not a car blocking my drive. The driver has a tendency to lie. I have asked for refunds for service not given, and been denied. So, when I am paying for a service that is deliberately not being done, it boils down to theft. I have brought this subject up with the office admin lady as well. She apologizes, but nothing changes. I have asked to talk to the owner. I was told he will not call be back and does not call customers back. I need a resolution.

    WE HAVE APPARENTLY BEEN GOING DOWN THIS CUSTOMERS PRIVATE DRIVE FOR SERVICE. I DO NOT KNOW WHY THEY HAVE EVER WENT DOWN HIS PRIVATE DRIVE FOR SERVICE. THE DRIVER CAN NOT GO DOWN PRIVATE DRIVE WHEN MUDDY THEY WILL GET STUCK. I TOLD THE CUSTOMER THAT I HAD PICTURES FROM WHERE THE DRIVER IS LEAVING LARGE RUTS FROM TRYING TO GET TRASH. THE CUSTOMER WAS TOLD TO BRING HIS CART TO END OF THE PRIVATE DRIVE SIGN AND THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY MORE ISUUES THAT I AM AWARE OF. THE OWNER HAS NOT SAID THAT HE WILL NOT TALK TO CUSTOMERS. THE OWNER ONLY CALLS CUSTOMERS IF NEEDED IF PROBLEM CAN NOT BE RESOLVED FROM ADDMINISTRATIVE STAFF. THANKS, DEDMAN'S SANITATION

    For at least a year now, when the trash is picked up the trash cans are left knocked over for almost the whole street. I have elderly neighbors who have a hard time getting theirs pulled upright, and myself too for that matter. I have contacted Dedmen's three times by phone and spoken to the woman who works there, was able to inform her about the issue, and I might have seen one week of improvement but no more. It has been exactly the same each time I reported this. It has gotten more serious as both of my elderly neighbors have each broken one of their bones and they will not be able to pick up their trash cans off the ground anymore for a while, nor should they have to in the first place. I'm very unsatisfied with the disregard to my problem and their service. They're using the fact that we don't have any other options for sanitation in this area to their advantage and we are paying the price as their customers.

    I am rejecting this response because:this has been ongoing for several months now and I have made several attempts to bring it to your attention with no change. That is plenty of time that a new driver would have been able to receive proper training if that was indeed the reason.

    I've paid Quartey my bill and never been late. My trash isn't getting picked up. I've called several times and complained and asked for credit for 5 weeks of services not rendered.

    THIS CUSTOMER DID CANCEL SERVICE BUT HAS STARTED BACK RECENTLY. WE HAVE GIVEN HIM A MONTH CREDIT ON HIS ACCOUNT. THE REASON IT WAS BEING MISSED IS BECAUSE OF A ROAD CLOSED SIGN ON HIS ROAD. THANKS, DEDMAN'S SANITATION
