    On 2/12/2023 Superbowl Sunday at 6:53PM I placed a Carside To Go online order with Applebees ****************** in ********** ** for a Ribets Platter with fries and broccoli. I picked up my order curbside at 7:23PM and tipped the attendant. Upon arrival home I opened and unpacked my order only to find it incomplete. The fries were missing. I immediately called the store to report the incomplete order and was told if I would return to the store they would give me the missing fries. I told them I could not return to the store as I live **** miles round trip from the restaurant and the further inconvenience was not feasible. I asked to speak to a manager and after a brief hold *** answered. I told him of my botched order and how insulting it was to expect me to drive back to the restaurant to get my order. I was watching the Super Bowl and strategically timed my order pick up for halftime. He said the only thing he could do is place my name in a book for a credit on my next visit to the restaurant. I told him that was unacceptable. ********* took my money for a specific order and failed to give the complete meal that I purchased. *** gave me a regional manager (********************* ************) to contact. *** stated as store manager, he said he was not authorized to refund my payment from the store. I phoned the regional office and left a message for *********************. My dinner was ruined. I dont want a store credit. I want my money refunded. Applebees failed to fulfill my order. This is the 2nd time that I have placed an order from this store and experienced such fraudulent service. There must be some type of law against selling something online and failing to provide the consumer the full purchase. I will never eat at this Applebees again or place another order. I want my credit card REFUNDED. If I am reimbursed for my roundtrip cost for gas, I will return the incomplete order as I have no desire to eat it.
