Dear D&C Construction and Remodeling I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the remodeling work that your company recently completed on my home. Despite the promises made by your representatives during the initial consultation and throughout the project, the final outcome is far from satisfactory.Firstly, the work was not completed on time. The project was delayed repeatedly, and the final completion date was pushed back by several weeks. This caused a lot of inconvenience and disruption to my family's routine.Secondly, the quality of the work was subpar. There were several instances of shoddy workmanship, including unevenly laid tiles, poorly painted walls, and crooked cabinetry. The materials used were also of a lower standard than what we had agreed upon, and some of them were damaged during installation.Furthermore, several aspects of the remodeling were not executed in accordance with the agreed-upon design plans. This resulted in a final product that was not what we had envisioned, and we are left with a home that we are not happy with.I am extremely disappointed with the service that your company provided and I believe that the work is not up to the standard that we had agreed upon. I would like to request that you take immediate action to rectify the situation. This may include refunding a portion of the project costs or providing additional work to fix the issues.
