              I bought an inboard boat November 27 2021. I hv not started it until last Saturday. I would have started it earlier but they showed a video of it working and guaranteed it ran. Te oil was pristine clean. When I started it water was pouring into the boat. I have a video. Stopping the engine. Checked the oil and it was extremely white and milky. With that said I called the owner ******* ******** and told him someone must had changed the oil after he started it ad sold me his video. He said this is exactly why he doesn't give the customer 48 hours to gy the motor checked out because he doesn't want them back. He admits this as admitting fraud. I feel that he is practicing fraudulent activity to people like me. The massive cracks show they've been there for awhile and shows someone has tried to repair
