    I ordered a sweatshirt Thanksgiving weekend 2023. I did not receive the shirt until December 23, 2023. We were already out of town for Christmas. I packed the sweatshirt up. This year the first time I washed the sweatshirt (cold delicate cycle) the lettering came off. This is ridiculous for a $100+ sweatshirt.I tried to cancel the order last year when it had not shipped in time to actually wear it for Christmas and Judith March would not cancel and refund.

    I returned a shirt last year and when I sent it back for a return they never contacted me or responded to my email. $75 Ill never see again. They shouldnt be in business!

    We replied to your email with instructions on how to return your order and we issued you store credit in the amount of $136.96 on 11/27/2023. I can resend that email in case you can't locate the original one.

    BEWARE OF THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!!!!!!! MANY OTHER REVIEWS VALIDATE THIS COMPANY IS SKETCHY & SLIMY. STAY AWAY. I purchased a holiday sweater on November 10,2023. On the date it was delivered to me, November 22, I checked the mail, opened the box, and realized the sweater was too large/boxy (and UGLY) and would not properly fit me. THAT DAY, November 22,2023, I immediately went online to initiate an exchange/return. I was told I could ONLY return the item for store credit. I asked the merchant to initiate the return/exchange for store credit, and a Judith March customer rep sent me an email link to return the sweater THAT WOULD REQUIRE ME TO COVER $12.00 IN SHIPPING COSTS. I politely asked that the $12.00 shipping cost be waived SINCE I WAS ALREADY STUCK WITH THE $129.50 THAT I HAD PAID with NO RESPONSE FROM THE MERCHANT. I continued to email Judith March several more times over the next few weeks with no response. I SPECIFICALLY VOICED MY CONCERN THAT I WAS GOING OUT OF TOWN FOR HOLIDAY AND NEEDED THE SWEATER TO BE RETURNED ASAP - NO RESPONSE. I emailed JUDITH MARCH over 15 times asking how I could return/exchange the sweater and it was not until FEBRUARY that I finally received an email stating that I was outside the 15 DAY WINDOW and CANNOT GET ANY TYPE OF REFUND/EXCHANGE. NEXT, they only offered to refund me $112.50 INSTEAD OF THE FULL $127.50. THEN, I went straight to my bank to dispute the charge since Judith March SCAMMED ME OUT OF $129.50. Judith March ALSO SUBMITTED FRAUDULENT INFORMATION TO MY BANK stating that 1. I bought the item IN PERSON (FALSE, I bought the item online) 2. They claimed to have told me the return policy before I bought the item (FALSE, no one told me about the return policy). JUDITH MARCH SCAMMED ME OUT OF $129.50 AND AVOIDED MY EMAILS UNTIL AFTER I WAS OUTSIDE THE 15 DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE WINDOW - THEY ALSO SUBMITTED FRAUDULENT INFORMATION TO MY BANK AFTER SCAMMING ME.

    Judith March did not submit false information to the customers bank. We simply told them that the customer was given the link to return the item purchased and that our return policy is on our website for all customers to view before making a purchase. There was no scam.

    Ordered a mystery box - items have the tags cutout and are sized incorrectly. Upon receipt i immediately sent a picture and followed up 3 times with CS, showing these incredibly large sweatpants. Their reply was a rehearsed response initially, then when pressed replied that they were confident they were the right size bc thats all they had left in stock? And unwilling to make it right but happy I received my box. Terrible experience and lost a customer and reputation from friends that used me as a test case. Im looking into disputing with my credit card company.

    I placed an order on the morning of January 4th AFTER someone from the company sent me a coupon code for $15 extra dollars after seeing I had an item in my cart for checkout for several days. I decided to give this a try. Almost immediately after placing this order, I stumbled upon a bunch of reviews from people who received items that weren't even remotely comparable to the items they ordered (pictures provided). I wanted to see if I could cancel my order, and ******** from Judith March responded that she had canceled my order on the afternoon of January 4th. Today is January 11th, and I still don't have my money back. I wrote the company on January 9th, and I never received a response. I wrote again this morning and said that if they didn't respond, I was going to contact my credit card company. Conveniently, they told me the item has shipped. According to tracking, it was shipped today. They STILL have yet to refund my money. Don't order from this company.

    Ordered on 11/24. Items didn't arrive until 12/20. The "patch" on the sweater is only half attached. I guess that was the real discount. Can't return for refund - can only exchange or get store credit. Why would I ever want to do business with this merchant again? I ordered a birthday girl shirt and it took so long we missed her birthday. Also ordered the Santa Lounge set (the one with the green sweater and shorts with stars and the santa appliques). The Santa is barely hanging on to the sweater top. Ordered for a cruise that we just got back from on 12/18. The Shipping label was "printed" on 12/4, so I had hopes it would get here in time, but no luck. The clothing quality that they're putting the letters and patches on isn't great considering the price they're charging for these items.

    I purchased 3 items on 11/23 and to date merchandise has not been shipped or received. My order number ******. I have emailed Judith March twice and have called numerous times but no response. Also you cannot leave a voicemail because mailbox is full. I need a status of my order . Thanks ***************************

    WARNING: ************ has horrible customer service. They say their shipments take 14 business days. The item has yet to be shipped. I would never, ever recommend this company for anything. My daughter will not be able to wear her Christmas shirt at all this year. I buy almost everything online and this company is hands down the most awful company I have ever ordered from. They do not let you cancel your order AND you can only get a credit. Why would you want a credit when you cant even get your original item?!?! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

    Ordered items on 11/22, packing slip created on 12/6, messaged on 12/12, 12/14 and 12/15 and asked for order to be cancelled since it hasnt shipped and it shipped on 12/16. Still dont have order but after reading reviews definitely concerned for quality. Dont waste your time or hard earned money.

    Judith March is a not a legitimate business. Ordered shirt over 3 weeks ago, but it was never shipped. Additionally, reaching out to customer service only results in snarky responsesThey are frauds!!!
