            I purchased a 2015 Dodge Promaster **** from LCM Motorcars and the while inspecting the vehicle the salesman asked if I had ever driven one of them before to which I said "no". He stated that these vans shift differently and it's normal for the shifting to be rough. He stated that he had a gentleman test drive it and thought it had transmission issues but the salesman said no there are NO transmission issues. The sales manager stated that they had spent $6,000 on the transmission recently and that the vehicle was in perfect running condition. After only 3 weeks and 200 miles the transmission has died. The salesman and manager both knew that the vehicle had a pre-existing mechanical problem and still sold the vehicle to me. The manager had stated during financing that they had gone over the van top to bottom and that it was a great running vehicle but, upon inspection they hadn't even changed the oil as it was very black and thick. I feel as though they deceived and lied to me by taking a vehicle that wasn't operating correctly and selling it to me knowing it had issues. I believe this company sold me a lemon knowingly by deceiving me.

            Absolutely the worse experience buying a vehicle ever! I bought a Ford f250 truck appx 3 weeks ago. Now having major power train issues. Like ****$ worth. The owner David M****** told me to LIE TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY, tell them that I had contaminated fuel that was causing the metal shavings in my filters, injectors, etc. Literally, he said that I should try to file on my comprehensive insurance and that I should just use the ****$ warranty that I was provided. I ask about him selling me a lemon and if felt in any way responsible and he said nope, I'm trying to help you get it paid for BY LYING!
