Before writing this, I read all the other complaints and reviews of this business. I have to agree with all of them. I have the exact same complaint as the rest. They do not care about their long term customers. I too bought a maintenance agreement on 2/1/23. Two years. First visit was on 2/6/23. Supposed to be 3 visits per year. Since the first visit, I have not received a call, email, textnothing from them to schedule the other 2 visits that should have been done in early June and again in early October. They have my cell number and my email and if they would have called I would have answered. Since we were in ****** from late April until early October, I did not even think about calling them. Didnt realize I was the one whose responsibility it was to get them to fulfill their agreement. Oh well. Me bad! Their agreement clearly states no refunds for first year of maintenance agreement, even if they dont perform under that agreement. OK, I get it. You snooze you lose. When I asked for a refund of year two because I dont want to have to babysit them in **** to get them to do what they agreed to do, they refused to refund year 2 and to cancel it. Nope! Too bad good customer. You are stuck between a rock and a hard place. ******* said that she is ready to schedule the maintenance visit today and since they are ready now to perform it, that I cant cancel it for a refund. Can you believe that? In other words, either you do business with us our way, or you lose your money because we wont refund it. Its a helluva way to treat customers isnt it? When I asked to dii of *** to ***** the owner, she said hes not available. Also his son **** is not available. **** is who will take over this horrible customer-hating business when Daddy finally gives it up. When I said I was going to tell folks the truth about how they run their business, she said, Are you threatening us? To which I replied, No, Im just going to tell folks how you treated me. Thats all.
