Do NOT do business with this company. They are doing business as Vision Construction. Your "one stop shop" to get your job done!!!! That's a joke. The owner will do whatever he can to make as much profit from your job and your insurance. They will send out unskilled labor and just leave them without the proper tools needed to get the job done, and they won't even come back and see if the job was done correctly. I had a tornado hit my home and I was devastated and I was not totally coherent and I made mistakes by not asking for estimates up front! My advice is not to get involved with these people. If you need a contractor, please take your time and do not let greedy people take advantage of you during a time of devastation.

Vision Construction is not associated with Fencing Unlimited as a business. The two companies operate completely separate. The owner of the these two companies are the same. As you can see on google or Facebook Fencing Unlimited is highly rated and we as vision construction anew company deliver the same customer service. The process of insurance repairs were covered with each customer prior to starting the repairs. If a repair went over budget of the insurance company we helped the homeowner with the proper insurance process to recoup those cost. This was a devastating event and not your normal contractor experience due to the amount of homes under repair at the same time and the struggle with pricing and availability of materials due to covid 19. Sherri expressed her concerns about the cost and we tried numerous times to explain her claim and the amount of money still owed to her at the end of the claim. Vision construction is still in contact with her adjuster helping to resolve supplemental claims at this point which we do not charge a fee for. We also did all of the the work prior to payment to help the homeowner get back to normal as quick as possible even though an insurance check had not arrived yet. During disaster relief repairs can be very hectic and confusing so I completely understand how a homeowner could feel this way but we do our best to help get a homeowner back to some type of normal and help deal with the insurance adjusters to make sure that they are getting the money they need to make the proper repairs. It was conclusion that Sherry was trying to pocket a lot of money off of this disaster repair. I don't think that it is fair because she did not get as much money to keep after the repairs she thinks that we were not being fair with our prices. Our main concern was getting her repairs done and her back into her home not the amount of money that she had left over to spend after the repairs were done.
