It is required of customers to prepay for services provided by this company and I prepaid for 3 months in November 2021. By December 2021, I received another bill owing over $** because their "prices had gone up" and the remaining money on my account was used to pay the price increase. They did not give us the option to cancel service before a price increase, they just took the money and billed me again and I paid again on January 9, for services through March of 2022. My first miss was in November right after setting up the account and was ignored when I complained about having paid for services that I was not receiving. My trash was not picked up on 03/17/2022, so I called and emailed the local office. After no response, I called what I thought was the home office and talked to a representative only to be told that they could email this office and I informed her that I had did that, as well, with no response. Trash was not picked up on morning of 03/24/2022 again, so I went to the office in person to see what was happening with my account. I was told that my pickup day was changed to Mondays, that we were notified by text messages about the change and the driver indicated that he picked up my trash on 03/21/2022. These are blatant lies; my trash was never curbside on Monday because I was out of town and I never received a text from anyone about the change. The young lady in the office told me she would try to get Mr. ****** to pick up my trash but she wasn't making any promises because he had not been in the office that day, so still not results. Its obvious that I am not the only one that did not receive the day change notification, on my return home, I drove through the neighborhood to see if I was the only customer in the neighborhood missed and every customer had their trash at curbside. I drove through to check again before filing this complaint and they still have their trash curbside this morning. Lying and deception is a pattern with this company.
