    Custom paint did a collision repair on my vehicle that was paid through an insurance company. The manager told me that the repair has a lifetime guarantee and if I have any problems bring the vehicle back. Well, I had problems with the repair work that they did on my trunk, it cracked. I went buy the business several times with concerns about the repair with me being told that the manager is either to busy to talk to me or either he is out picking up a vehicle. Three weeks ago I finally talked to the manager **** and he blamed everything on a part, however he told me that he would have every thing taken care of on June 19th and asked if I needed a rental car and I told him yes. Well when June 19th came around he call and left me a message and said that the rental company didn't have any vehicles and that he would let me know when they do. I called and left a message with the front desk clerk for the manager but haven't heard anything since and now It's July 5th. This is very frustrating and I have been more than patience with this place of business. I have never had a business to treat me the way this company has done me. Not sure how they get such high ratings. I feel that this is unacceptable. All I want is to fix the repair that they started and honor the warranty like they said.

    The people are fraud and take no initiative. I had a minor accident to my vehicle dating 4 months ago. There has been one excuse after another regarding part delays, strikes, etc. Understanding the market we are in, I have given the company time but come to find out they have been adding supplemental claims with my insurance that I did not ask or approve to my vehicle. They have told me parts have been completed when they have not. Their primary manager quit and stated they had been contracting them to work for them but he has to work after hours in order to fulfill his contracting duties. It's been 5 weeks that he departed and they have yet to fulfill a replacement and not once have I had a manager to call me back. They submitted the incorrect paperwork to my insurance on multiple occasions. They have also submitted the correct paperwork through the wrong portal on multiple occasions causing further delays with payment from my insurance. I have requested a call back regarding an update on my vehicle almost daily for no one to return my calls. There is zero focus on any expedition or customer service from their company. I get the answer "I am just the front desk" and no action has been taken for a manager to call me back. There is zero willingness to make things happen on their end. I've never submitted anything to the BBB but this one had to listed and reviewed. It's the absolute worst experience I've had with any company. They should be marked on the level of fraud per their lack of operating principles and morality.
