Came there today for moral support for my daughter who was making arrangements for a young lady she met in college, and they became very close friends. My daughter was the beneficiary. The woman who assisted her was very rude. This was my daughter's first time doing anything like this, so she was unsure. I was familiar but I let her listen to the lady. The questions she didn't answer I did. I asked the lady how does she explain the situation to people who have never had to bury anyone? She had no explanations whatsoever. She hurried the transactions. I don't care if my daughter was family or not, the young lady trusted her to take care of her final arrangements. My daughter and her husband are godparents to her 2 children. All she thought about was money, and getting the paperwork done. I tried to remain positive, but I know she saw the look of death in my face towards her. It took everything in me to not cross the table. I hate unprofessional people. After I left I told people of my experience, and they were not surprised at all. One told me I wouldn't let them bury my dog. I know they have been in business a long time, but that doesn't give them or her to treat people they way that she did. I will definitely not recommend her to anyone. She was the face of that business that day and the day before, when my daughter said she rushed everything over the phone. Just horrible treatment from what I feel was a money hungry person. They will definitely not be handling any of my friends and family that's for sure. If I could give a zero rating, I definitely would have, but the system won't allow it.
