    We bought merchandise from the MiLB online store on 3/5/23. Order MILB101401. We bought several items from different teams. The MiLB website advises each team is responsible for their own merchandise & they will ship separately. All teams shipped relatively quickly with the exception of Montgomery Biscuits. We purchased two shirts for that team & have yet to receive them. All other items were received within a couple weeks. We have sent multiple emails to ******************* on 4/9/23, 4/23/23, & 5/17/23 as it says to reply to this email with any questions at the bottom of the purchase confirmation email but have not received any responses. We have also submitted at least 5 contact form submissions via the MiLB website as instructed on the site. It says to give them up to 3 business days to respond - It has been over 2 months. The website also says For questions regarding specific team merchandise and order status please contact the team directly. The team information for the Biscuits provides this email *********************************************************** We emailed this & they advised they did not have any record of our purchase, because it was a hub order meaning we paid through MiLB website instead of their own and bought other team gear along with it. She advised the MiLB would be the ones to provide the refund & to contact them. But we cannot get anyone to answer from there. I tried emailing awilliams again asking if there was anything she could do to help us since we are out $48 plus taxes and shipping for two tshirts we havent received but have yet to receive any response - email sent on 5/15/23. I have verified I never received a refund for the two shirts & never received a cancellation confirmation. When I review the order on the MiLB website, it shows the two missing shirts as Preparing for shipping. Which is clearly not true since the ************************* Manager of the team advised theres no record of our purchase. At this point, want a refund for the money.

    I am submitting a complaint as a former worker for first aid. I will be filing a lawsuit to the Montgomery biscuits due to harassment from an employee and the manager has done nothing to the person. The person who is still harassing me has called my job and they did a police report about him calling and threatening me. And apparently a guy named *************************** gave the harasser my email based off of hearsy and believing my harasser. Due to the seriousness of the biscuits and the manager believing the abuser I have to report them. And will be doing a lawsuit for my abuser getting away with harassment and they are discussing it at the job. An employee who never met me is discussing me whom I dont know and I have an order of protection. Third parties should not be discussing my harassment issue and confidential emails should not be given to my abuser.
