On 07/10/2023 I received notice that I was in collections for an unpaid medical bill from Anesthesia Medical Consultants. I called the company on the same day to determine why I had not received a bill. The woman I spoke to refused to give me her name or my account number. She was so rude and hostile. She was hard to understand as well since theyre from hillbilly country. She told me she has no proof of mailing and no diligent contact attempts showing they tried to get payment from me for this bill before sending it to collections. I would be more than happy to pay the bill as long as the company can give me a name and account number and put in writing that they will remove the debt from collections or bad debt since they failed to make diligent contact and have no proof of mailing. They also will need to speak to me with more respect. I would prefer to pay the bill online after receipt of their agreement to remove it from collections. I do not trust these people with my card information or personal information. They have zero proof that I received this bill. They also failed to call and email me for contact attempts. I have called their office over 30 times and they hang up on me or refuse to answer.
