On thursday January 18, **** I attempted to make a purchase through Bomb Party. they apparently went through a whole software system update the day before I tried to order. When I hit enter the little thing spun and spun till it timed out and said "error, timed out, please try again" I tried 4 times and nothing so I said forgt it. Then I see the next day the four charges, one for ***** and 3 for $28.79. I have emailed the company three times and I am not getting any help. I didn't get to order anything and would like my money back. Can you please help. They did send me an email with a link to click on but the links don't work either. I subscribed to the Midwest bomb party kings face book page about 12 months ago, and when I ran into some financial difficulty I tried to cancel it especially since they were no longer selling the jewelry that I saw or providing the services for months in the ******** page. I tried to cancel the subscription but can not access it and ******** says it is an apple account listed as a game which it isnt. They are still representing the Bomb Party name and charging me money that I have asked to not be charged. I want my information removed from their site. Thank you. I told ******** I no longer authorize payment and as of today want it removed but they couldnt because the information was changedInitial Complaint

I recently purchased the new line of Luxe Bands * which all the advertisements showed multiple rings in this collection * I purchased 4 of these * 2 from one rep and 2 from another rep * and both reps pulled dupes and small single bands on first and 2nd ones were slightly bigger but single . As I was a huge fan of ** but to fool me and get me to pay more $$$ for the same rings that are available in the OGs for $***** . Im truly disappointed beyond * I have 2 more on pre order I may cancel but love ******* and dont wanna do that to her* fingers crossed no dupes but not expecting anymore than a single band worth $ ***** * that will be one of my last purchases from ** Im soooo upset with this new line LUXE BANDS they are nothing more than a OG but more $$$$$ and all adds are deceiving .. ********************* PROMOTED BUY 5 GET A FREE STACK OF BRACLETS. SHE DID NOT SEND THE FREE BRACLETS. SHE IS NOW TELLING ME I HAVE TO PLACE ANOTHER ORDER BEFORE SHE WILL GIVE THE FREE STACK. THAT IS A SCAM. I bought another Christmas stack from *********************. It was taken a long time to get. I checked tracking and there were no updates. I contacted her. She said it was being returned to her. After several days of waiting for her to send back out, I contacted her again. She told me I have to file a claim with post office for my braclets that are in her possession. I never got my order. Then the cherry..I have a ring from bomb party that the silver is running off. I have not had it but a month and the spray paint is rubbing off. This company is a scam.Business response

I have bought items from this company from different people. They claim this jewelry per company website is real. It is not as it has no value. I took some of the jewelry that I didnt want to an actual jewelry store to have it appraised and was flat out told it was costume jewelry. The necklace that was sterling silver isnt sterling silver. They dont do refunds but is junk jewelry and not worth the what it says its worth in the package it comes in.Initial Complaint

I purchased two Halloween stacks (and many many more) that arrived damaged. One is missing a stone and the other has a cuff that is defective/bent. I emailed the company to request a replacement or refund. Rather than replacing the same bracelets that were damaged, they sent me two mystery stacks. Those bracelet stacks are not only duplicates of stacks I already own, but they are nothing like the ones I purchased that were damaged. These bracelet stacks have barcodes on the bottom, and they expect us to believe they dont have the option of replacing a damaged item with the same item I asked what I should do if I receive a dupe, and they indicated they would offer another replacement if that happened. This morning at 8:25 AM CST, they sent a response to my email asking me to start the **************** again to receive another two mystery stacks. No option for a refund OR a like-replacement. I would like a refund for the two bracelets in exchange for the return of the replacements.Business response

The barcoding on our items is specifically at the item level, not the style level. All of our products are mixed in large batches before we launch a collection and begin shipping packages. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a specific setting or style in any of our collections. I have spent thousands of dislikes with representative Ashly ************************ and she has not sent me majority of my products and what she did send doesnt match up to invoices sent so I dont even know whats right or wrong. I have contacted the bomb part email for a week now with no responses Im in drones of help I dont have recipients and she barely sent invoicesCustomer response

I still have not heard from bomp party with a few more attempts on my end. I have been harassed by the bomb representative *********************** as well. She is refusing to give me my products as well as provide the requested information. I am completely unsatisfied with this whole matter and want things done ASAP!
