Dates of Estate sale were June 30th & July 1st 2023. Amount of money owed to ******* brother can only be estimated because **** ********************** never gave us a list of the items that she sold. We can only estimate around $7000 worth of furniture, kitchen items etc. Her commitment was to have an Estate Sale of my deceased mother's belongings. She was to retain 33% of the profits per her contract. She was to pay us within 7 days from the end of the sale per her contract. As of today August 4th we have received nothing. We have not heard anything from Ms. ********************** since July 3rd. She text messaged me and asked me who I wanted the check written out too? So, the business has not tried to resolve the problem. The estate lawyer had a letter hand delivered to Ms. ********************** and sent to her other business in ********** (*******************). The letter stated that if she did not pay by July 28th legal action would be taken. As far as advertisement for the sale it was advertised on ************************************************************ I have screenshots of the advertisements as well as items that were to be put up for sale. I also have screenshots from my security camera of Ms. ********************** taking a lamp from my mother's home a few days before the sale even started. She also sold furniture at half price to her helpers before the sale was over. The problem I have is that she sent me a contract to sign over the phone. As soon as I signed it the contract vanished. However, my wife and I have several conversations on our phones where Ms. ********************** confirms that she does have the contract and everything she needs.
