      Tired to cancel and agent is asking me for entire credit card number, all my address, phone, DOB, SS. To cancel shouldn't be this hard. This company is a scam.

      Hi *****,

      After reviewing your email communications with our support team none of your complaint is accurate. In response to your email to cancel on 2/3/23 we sent you a response informing you of the importance of keeping your account active and asked if you would be interested in a decreased plan at a lower cost. We have never asked for your Credit Card information or any Personal Information about your account.

      Your account has been cancelled due to this request but I would like to note that our company is not a scam and none of your above complaint is accurate

      ID club is a service I use for my business through an affiliate. I have yet been able to get paid for the past 2 months. No one responds to my calls and emails. I have issues with my client accounts and can not in touch with anyone for resolution. The customer service is a joke.

      I canceled my subscription and I keep being charged

      You enrolled with us on 12/16/22 for our 7 day trial period. You never cancelled your account with us an you were billed for the monthly payment at the end of your trial period on 12/25/22. We still have yet to receive a cancellation from you but I have gone ahead and cancelled your account so you will no longer be billed in the future
