      There is NO customer service!! NONE. Their number tells you to go online with any problems, That is totally useless. I canceled THEY STILL BILLED ME THIS MONTH.

      I never signed up with anyone for credit card repair but I was charged randomly by this company. Makes me wonder if someone is trying to have access to my information.

      this company has been attempting to charge my card even after cancelling back in june, left countless emails and no one answers the phone number listed on their website. They are a scam company and the lack of communication is a clear indication that they are operating under fraudulent means. i will report them every single day if i have to.

      I cancelled my account in June of 2023 as of this week they have begun to attempt to bill me again i called the number says to send an email i emailed 4 **** times with screen shots blocked them on cash app but they are still attempting with no response to my emails how is this legal? If these charges wouldve gone through especially while Im in financial struggle right now Id be even more ******. Shut this company down youre supposed to be helping people not create more stress in their lives get it tf together.

      I am an affiliate with ID Club and I have not been paid in almost 3 months! I have called and sent almost 100 emails with no response. I can not get in touch with them for customer issues or affiliate issues. This is the second time this happened. Last time they didn't pay me for 4 months and PROMISED this wouldn't happen again. This is ridiculous.
