Due to the violent storm that came through ***** ******* on January 12th 2023 my brand new **** Bronco which is a 2023 had just been purchased from ******************* of ********** **. on January 10th 2023. My **** bronco paint job was damaged on the hood and other scratches was in my paint of the vehicles. Due to limited resources here in ***** I took my vehicle to Precision body & paint to have it repaired at this time my bronco stayed there from July 5th. to the month of October all the while because they was waiting for the mirrors to come back at no point in time did this paint shop call me I finally started to pressure them about why it was taking so long they finally told me it was a workers strike going on soi ask them to give me the vehicle back with old mirrors since that's was the only hold up. when I finally did get to see my vehicle close up I told my husband I was not happy with the paint job and you can see its uneven not a high quality paint job the bronco had smear lines in the paint job and the black trim was and still has paint on it. My front bumper has a smear of paint across it the second time after we took it back from the first complaint also called back to ask why the had taken my cup holder protector out of my vehicle ***** asked me why would he take my cup holder protector out of my vehicle I informed him that over all I was not happy with paint job and I asked why did he tell my husband if we had anymore complaints to call the insurance company, again ***** did inform me to call the insurance company if I had any complaints the whole time my bronc was at the place of business they never called me I always had to call them to check on my vehicle I did ask ***** why did they leave the paint on my vehicle again after I had brought it back for the grey paint to be removed from all the black trim areas ***** informed he did what was wrote down by the recepionist when I got my vehicle back the paint was flat no shine again this ia a NEW CAR my car was not treated well at that place we take very good care of our vehicles and this is not first NEW CAR. I did inform ***** that I paid him for this job not my insurance company he informed to call the insurance company again and I informed him I would notifying the BBB because ***** was not a nice person always express himself to busy or going to lunch also feel like my bronco was plainly dogged out by his employees there's no way that cupholder protector walked out the vehicle that paint job is not right totally unhappy with it. ***** also hung up the phone in my face while I express to him that paint is still on my bumper.
