    "On dec 6 i reached out to charter tire seeking an oil change that they performed. A week later 12/13/24 i returned due to oil light still on in my vehicle after reaching out to charter tire again they requested that i bring in the vehicle so they can reset the oil light about an hour later i returned and saw my vehicle raised as if they were performing a oil change again when i asked why the owner proceeded to tell me he is checking to see if they actually put oil in my vehicle if not i will need to go somewhere else to have the service performed ." ...
